I chose Sunset Apartments for my first renting experience. It was wonderful to live here! The property manager was incredible at her job and fair and kind to her tenants. Maintenance was quick to come solve problems, the other tenants are easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend choosing this place as your home!

Bieng my first time renting I looked for many apartments but out of all of them this one stood out the most. Management is on point.👌 Cynthia is the Best! Deserves A Raise. Whenever there was an issue, maintenance will be there to take care of the problem. The area is quiet and neighbors are nice. The pool comes in handy especially with Bakersfields heat. But as far as anything goes I will miss this place. Would recommend to anyone especially for first time renters.🥰

I have only been living here or 2 months, and I am on a 12 month lease. The apartments are Roach infestation and when before I oved in I was told it was not Roach infestation. But I am killing bugs every day. I am a clean person, I mop once a week. I take out my trash every 3 to 4 days. I don't leave floor sitting out. But no matter what I do I find little buys everyday. 🙁

Roach infestation, stragglers searching through trash bins, frequent car vandalism' The laundry room if always filthy, when the gardeners come to trim and cut grass, we have to clean sweep up the mess they leave behind. People here are scared to confront management . It's not safe but I guess if this is all you can afford then you don't have a choice.
