I lived in a two family home for over fifteen years so it takes some getting used to living with over a hundred other families!!! The Staff is really nice and I love the decor. It’s a newly built building so I understand that unexpected things can happen, I just have to be patient while they work out the kinks. Overall it’s a very nice place to live.

I am upset. I’ve gotten my packages stolen twice and nothing was done both times. I had proof of delivery for both of them inside the building. One in the mail box room and the other by the door which means my packages were definitely delivered.
My request was just swept to the side and nothing was done. No extra help was rendered which is so unfortunate.
They just have cameras to protect their own properties and always find proof when it has to do with catching their own culprit.

I have had my packages stolen on 2 different occasions and it behooved me because there are so many cameras on the premises. It was brought to the attention of staff members but, to no avail. There are other pressing issues I had/have, but I'm too overwhelmed to discuss it at this time.

I love my home , it’s cozy and safe . The amenities add the finishing touches , and also the neighbors are friendly and welcoming .

I took off two stars because of my experience with parking and my move out. Throughout my tenure we had so many issues with the staff over people parking in our parking spot. Michelle and Casey in the management were pleasant and helpful. They understood costumer service. Outside of them staff the was rude and seriously lacked people skills. Tracey was very snobbish in her approach. We kept her up to date with our situation and did not resign the lease but she acted as if she was unaware which is very dishonest. Apartment was a little small for the price but very nice. Amenities were nice ,gym, study and lounge were great! Only problem with lounge is you paid each month to use it( most months we didn’t use it and if you wanted to rent for an event you had to pay over 500$ for 4 hours. Stayed there 15 months since the first day it opened paid alot of money to be treated poorly outside of michelle and casey and Jose the original super intendant.

If you intend on moving here I highly recommend asking for Michelle. She was quick and communicative throughout my entire leasing process. She’s very informative and always a call away. No complaints! The building is perfect thus far.

I must say , I’ve lived here a little over a month and this is the best apartment I’ve lived in so far and I was coming from a great apartment prior. The workers are amazing and responsive and always helpful , the apartment is very comfortable and spacious .
