Daniel was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. My husband and I were purchasing property for the first time. The Sneddon Group ... aka Joan and Daniel Sneddon surpassed all of our expectations during our home purchase experience. Joan was prepared showing us homes per our vision of what we wanted and we were never rushed while viewing. Next, she prepared our offer to purchase in a professional demeanor explaining Colorado real estate law when needed. She represented us as a Buyer's agent and was excellent during negotiations! Furthermore, Joan went above and beyond working tirelessly with our selling agents (that were out of state!) and we credit her with that transaction closing so that we could purchase the house in Colorado. Joans ability to negotiate the offering price and reason with the Seller's Agent, and again after the inspection period, and (yet again!) as we needed to extend the closing date was stellar! Our phone calls were always answered or returned timely throughout the process. We have been through many real estate transactions and this transaction was seamless due to Joan. Professional, Intelligent, Creative, and Caring best describes the talents of Joan Sneddon. We highly recommend without reserve, Joan and The Sneddon Group!

I was very very, satisfied with the professional, knowledgeable, very experienced and most of all common people, Daniel and Joan Ashurst are to deal with.
In three days with the Sneddon Team had our property they listed for us under contract. We closed within three weeks!!!!
The Sneddon Team staid with us and provided so much help in acquiring our new property. Daniel did so much leg work, researching, and protecting our interests of the new property. Totally self giving of his effort, work, knowledge and Joan’s many years of experience, we are so very thankfully for all they accomplished for us!!!!

As first time home buyers, Joan was a Godsend to us. She told us her passion was helping first timers and she proved it. She is so incredibly friendly, personable and you make a lifelong friend with her. Our home, which we've been loving in for almost 6 years now, was perfect for us.
