This was my first time buying a home and Julie really took the time to help answer my questions and guide me through the whole process. This is an update from the original posting under presdaz2, my personal account with the nice looking collies: As individuals who were looking to decamp from New York City/Long Island area to Grand Junction we got picked up by Stephanie who helped us investigate a property we saw on Zillow back in the Fall of 2024. Before even meeting F2F she investigated that house for us and suggested it was a no-go based on what we explained we were looking for (epic views/quality construction). To support that position she sent us pictures of the place and the actual design plans for my architects who realized design and reality did not quite match in the images.

After this pleasant, albeit disappointing experience, we arranged to come about a month later to meet IRL and sent her a list of potentials we had been following on Zillow. She added more to help us figure out what we would take as an epic view and quality build. She spent the entire weekend with us fully aware that this was a year before we would even consider moving, so anything to buy would have to be exceptional, meeting our epic view criteria and beautiful home criteria. Well, she found us that exception the first day- right price, right place and chaperoned us through the buying process, while we were back in NY. She even guided us towards getting the furniture from the owner’s so we could start using the house as a vacation home before we move to the Junction at the end of 2025/early 2026.

Our relationship has not ended there. She continues to make sure that we have the services we need to protect the home, take care of irrigation, internet, etc, that we meet the builder who was working next door and solved a drainage issue for us that they discovered, and she continually checks on us, our property and our needs, always making suggestions where and when needed. She was not just selling a house and moving on, she followed through – something anyone who is relocating needs. It is now six months later, and we will have made a few trips out and I have not met any agent who takes care of the client this well. It was an odyssey at the start but finding Stephanie smoothed the way and we recommend Stephanie through and through.
