Nathan sold a house for us that turned into a nightmare. What was supposed to be a clean sale got complicated when we had problems getting water data from the domestic well to satisfy the buyer. We ended up having to abandon the well while under contract and dig over 1,500' of ditches in the middle of winter (ground was frozen 15" down and we had to use jackhammers) to hook into an alternative well. Nathan was there every step of the way including shoveling snow and chasing parts to do whatever it took to get the sale to the finish line. This included numerous contentious phone calls with the buyer and his agent that Nathan had to navigate through in order to keep the sale alive. Nathan kept a level head and was positive when it was all about to go South on us. We never would have gotten this through escrow without Nathan's efforts as the opposing realtor did nothing.

We worked with Nathan and his team to sell and purchase a new house. Nate is always available when we need him and was very good about keeping us up to date throughout the transaction. His expertise in both real estate and construction was a great help as we prepared to list our house for sale and also when we decided to purchase a new property. Due to his background in construction Nate was able to see things that most realtors would miss and had a good idea on repair costs. We look forward to working with Nate again in the future!

Nathan was very helpful in navigating some of the ups and downs of selling that we had not experienced since the last time we sold property. He is a calm and reasoned agent that does the work of calculating a listing price, when it is best to list the home and what needs to be done to prepare the home for showing well. Nathan was quick to respond to our texting questions. He was helpful and patient giving us the time to think through our offers and options. As first time home buyers in a brand new town, we were so lucky to have found Nate who was accessible, professional and listened to our priorities. Nate is the Man! Buying and selling a house can be stressful with so many decisions to make, things to consider and he knows the market well. Nate is always cool, calm, collected and confident, everything you need in a realtor. He takes time to work with you, get to know you and meet your needs and always finds a way to make you laugh.
