Cockroach friendly. Though tenants are to give mgmt. a 30 day notice for renewing their leases they conveniently only gave me 15 days to decide after raising the rent an additional $75.48 for a very small two bedroom that was originally $637.50 a month!! Utilities are not individual, they go by the building. So, if you got some lazy section 8 neighbors sitting at home all day, you are paying for their bill too. The walls are super thin and forget about getting any decent sleep with all the traffic and non-tenants that come through there uninvited in the area. Place is a dump. Last of all, don't think about getting your security deposit back. Doesn't matter how spotless or undamaged the apartment is, they'll pocket as much as they can. So glad I moved out a couple of years ago. Revival is a joke!!!

If I could give negative stars i would! This place is an absolute joke! From day one my home has smelled like cigarettes! When I brought it up to management they just blew me off. Both me and my significant other have medical issues that make it hard to breath in normal conditions. When i brought that up i got no response. 800 dollars a month to live in such disgusting conditions is absolutely unacceptable. Then the day that we are to move out I get told that I have to give them a 30 day notice. Let me remind you nowhere in my contract(s) did it say I had to do so. The walls are so thin that you can hear the conversation that the people in the next house are having. The people here were money hungry. If you need a sign to help you make the decision to rent here or another place let this be your sign! DO NOT RENT HERE!

This is literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is aggressive, unprofessional, and gives preferential treatment to those she values. As a disabled individual I am clearly not valued and therefore have been the subject of clear and blatant discrimination. Unethical practices by money hungry owners who have zero value and respect for residents. I would caution anyone from living here. You WILL be the target of unethical practices- unless you represent clear gain for management. Run far away from this one.

This place is disgusting. Roaches scorpions and wolf spiders infested our apartment. I kept it spotless and sprayed weekly they were still there, crawling on the walls cabinets... everywhere. We lived here three weeks before finally having enough. We have a 2 year old daughter and she is traumatized by living here and freaks out with all bugs now. Listen to all these reviews these people are nothing but money hungry and maintenance is a complete joke. I told them I had roaches living in my stove and they refused to replace it and instead told me all they could do was spray. When I went in there to check on the apartment we still had to pay rent on while not living there we found 30+ roaches crawling around the apartment and a couple scorpions. This place is a health hazard and I don’t think anyone should live in these conditions they have a major infestation on their hands and need to take it seriously. Everyone we talked to at the complex complained of roaches. Seriously listen to the reviews. I didn’t and made a huge mistake that cost me and my fiancé thousands in moving costs. You don’t want to live here you won’t be able to get the roach problem under control by spraying, keeping it clean, or using drain stoppers. Nothing will work. REVIVAL needs to fix the problem, and all they do is ignore you. Take your money somewhere else.

Not a bad place, good neighbour's. Rent is a bit high for what you get. Stupidest rent collection process I've ever seen. Ungrounded electrical outlets leaves me feeling less than safe for my electronics. Near the college but I can't imagine a college student affording to live here.

Lived there for two months before walking out. These apartments were INFESTED with cockroaches. We even moved apartments and we still had them. We counted over 50 within a day one time. Also had one crawl on me while sleeping. The price is nice but that’s about it.

Utilities are divided by all apartments meaning that if your neighbor runs there heater or ac a lot you’ll pay for it. Maitance remodeled a neighboring apartment and left the heater on with the windows open for a month driving the bill through the roof. I raised the issue with management and the head manager called me saying “it’s not gonna change the outcome of those bills.”
