My entire experience with The Reserve at Crosswicks has been outstanding from the very beginning. Jacqueline, the property manager, has been so knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries, that it made the whole move in process a very seamless one. Alyssa, the leasing consultant, has also been so helpful and attentive through the entirety of transitioning into the community. Both have been such a pleasure to work with! The interior of the apartments are absolutely stunning, as well as the grounds and on-site amenities. The community offers a clean/quiet environment and the maintenance team has been great with providing prompt and precise service. I really love it here and highly recommend The Reserve at Crosswicks!!!

Aesthetically, these apartments are hard to beat. However, beyond the wins of high ceilings, a good layout and absolutely magical showers, I would not recommend paying to live here, especially if you're not on a high floor.

I spent just a few days as a visitor and I was very glad not having to stay long. You can easily hear the morning, afternoon and at times after midnight routines of your fellow neighbors. If they have dogs or kids you will get to experience all the noise with none of the positives of being a parent to either.

There appear to be no warnings, consequences or penalties for complaints as the person that lived there had done multiple times to no avail.

I too recommend you buy some thick privacy curtains if you're on the first floor. The sidewalk and parking lot is so close, you're not only able to high five somone walking by but also easily identify whether or not they have blinding projector or softer halogen headlights when they arrive home that night.

Also, while the area is nice, it isn't really built up. You cannot really walk anywhere for a bite to eat beyond the grocery store nearby. If this is something that is important for you, look elsewhere.

Lastly, while the people were friendly, the hallways almost always smelled like weed so that may be why people tolerate all the noise and pay for as much as they do to be in that development.

I have had only great experiences with the ladies at the leasing office. Jaqueline is amazingly pleasant and Alyssa is a superstar! Throughout the leasing process all of my questions were answered to my liking and even after, my interactions with them were excellent! We are a few months into our lease and we have recently acquired storage space through the office and even though I am incredibly picky, Alyssa had no problem showing me all of the available units in my building which was much appreciated. When work orders are put in they are immediately resolved. I have no complaints and I look forward to extending my lease agreement in the future.

The property manager and agents are very polite, helpful, and friendly. They respond quickly. The apartment is nice, and it smells so clean! The bathrooms are so nice, the tiles are kept squeaky clean and baseboards. The play area is convenient for toddlers. Outdoors is kept very clean.

I am so saddened to see these negative comments about this apartment complex they seem so misleading! I’ve been here for a year and a half. I absolutely love the complex and community. I’ve never had a problem with the property management team. They’ve always been helpful at resolving any of my issues and maintenance fixes almost all of my request the same day.! Coming from someone who used to live in NYCHA, that’s like a Godsend. The amenities are amazing the apartment is aesthetically pleasing. And you have an in unit washer dryer and dishwasher. If you’re appliances aren’t working then you must not be taking care of them..THE ONLY problem I’ve had here is probably hearing my neighbors that live above me. You can hear the toilet flush or little feet running across the floor but helloooo ? We live in an apartment building, that type of stuff is inevitable! Get a house if you want it to be completely sound proof 😂🤣. I love it here and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Also while it may not be much of a walkable place (honestly I don’t know any part of south nj that is) there are great family friendly restaurants near by and things to do. Me and my toddler are always out and about on Farnsworth or at the pool. If you’re looking to move here don’t let the comments mislead you, it’s a great place to live. From the neighbors, to the apartment building, the town itself.

We had such a pleasant experience with all of the staff at the Reserve at Crosswicks! Susan Livingstone provided excellent communication from the start by emailing us updates & answering all questions related to the Reserve. Property Manager Willmarie was so helpful & informative with touring us around our first time visiting. Leasing Consultant Destiny was so kind & eager to help when we signed our lease. Even Maintenance Man Louis inspected our room for any imperfections & offered his help as well! I am excited to be apart of this beautiful community.
