Moving from Canada to the USA was a major transition for me and my family, relocating comes with its fair share of stress but theRegent staff made the process so much smoother. Special thanks to Angie, Betty and Reuben. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of during this big change.
The apartment villa is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, quiet and most importantly, very safe especially for occupants with children =)
During our five-month stay at theRegent, I had the pleasure of interacting with them especially BETTY-the Assistant Manager who made my experience truly outstanding. One of the most notable qualities of Betty is her warm and approachable demeanour. Always greeting residents with her beautiful bright smile and an upbeat attitude, she created a positive atmosphere that made the apartment villa feel more like close to home. No request was ever too big or too small—whether I needed assistance, had questions about amenities, or simply wanted recommendations for the best local spots, she is always eager to help. In fact, she helped me found the best and comfortable apartment spots for my fellow-Canadian friends.
What sets Betty apart other than her chic, gracefully stylish and sophisticated look, is her kind, approachable, vibrant and sassy personality, she brings an energy that is both professional and entertaining, making interactions with her such a delight. Her quick wit and sense of humor added a unique charm to daily conversations, making even the most mundane tasks enjoyable, and always maintained the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in her work.
Betty is a crucial part of the team at the Regent. Her ability to balance professionalism with a fun and engaging personality makes her a rare gem in the hospitality and property management industry. Her dedication to residents, attention to detail, and unwavering enthusiasm truly set her apart.

I wholeheartedly recommend theRegent to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay, and a large part of that recommendation is due to the exceptional service provided by Betty. If you’re lucky enough to interact with her during your stay, you’re in for a fantastic experience!

The Regent Palm Desert is very well kept. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is kind and helpful. I want to Recognize, Betty, in the front office. Such a kind and warm person to speak with and work with during your move-in process. I hope that management recognizes Betty for her outstanding representation of the company.

Manager, Angie was also helpful in making my decision to move into The Regent, As she did an incredible job showing the amenities that The Regent has to offer here in beautiful Palm Desert.

Betty has been very helpful with absolutely everything! I even met with other friendly property managers upon moving in. I've been traveling while helping family, but wanted to find a cozy new beginning for my dog and I. Thankfully, I found Betty and the beautiful Regent community to welcome us. From the very start of our relocation process, Betty was a shining example of professionalism and kindness. She guided us every step of the way, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Throughout our email correspondence, Betty’s cordial demeanor made the process seamless and stress-free. When we arrived at the office on move-in day, she welcomed us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home.

As for The Regent itself, it’s truly a gem. The property is surrounded by lush trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, charming Italian terra cotta wall fountains creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The resort-style complex boasts impeccably maintained swimming pools, adding to the charm and comfort of living here.

What touched us most was the sense of community. On the day we moved in, at least three neighbors greeted us warmly. This simple but heartfelt gesture made The Regent feel like a close-knit town where people genuinely care for one another. The pride residents take in maintaining their patios and surroundings is a testament to the wonderful community spirit here.

We are so thankful to Angie, Betty, Delfin and The Regent team for helping us find not just an apartment but a true home. Highly recommend!

We have moved to our apartment for almost 2 weeks now. Bettie made our move seamless and easy. We moved from another state and put a hold on an apartment that we have not seen in peson. Sounds crazy but it worked out because of Bettie. Bettie communicated with me all the way through calls and text.
