Our path with the Pugh Group crosses back in 2010 when we moved to Huntsville. My employer decided to transition operations to northern AL. So, one afternoon on a house hunting trip, I met Ms Rhonda Pugh, who opened our eyes to the possibility of a custom home. After living in southern CA and northern VA (very expensive!), we had resigned ourselves to living in 40 year old houses. We never thought a new home, yet alone a custom-built home, was within our reach - until we met Rhonda. Finally, all the ideas I had growing up on how I would design a house could materialize in brick and stone. Rhonda introduced us to Mr Bryan Pogue, from Matrix Builders. Bryan is an excellent home builder; he has steadfastly earned his reputation for being a high quality builder with unyielding commitment to his customers’ satisfaction. For example, he took care of issues well past the warranty period. Very few builders today would do this. Simply put, Rhonda and Bryan make an excellent team. And so we built our dream home on a beautiful lot overlooking the mountains in McMullen Cove.

Fast forward a few years and we had to move back to VA. We did not want to part with our home. But we had no choice.

And this is when we met Sid Pugh and the rest of the Pugh Group team. Frankly speaking, Sid and his folks (Zach, Tomasa, Jessika, Nicole, and many others) took care of our house as if it was their own. That’s the best way to describe it. The property management team was top notch from handling calls from tenants, finding the right repairmen for the job, coordinating maintenance related details, and keeping us appraised of what was happening to our baby 700 miles away (thank you Jessika and Nicole). And when the time came to sell the house, the selling team was equally committed. Zach chased down leads and diligently pursued every buyers agent. He presented our home in the best way. And we sold it. A bitter sweet moment.

There are many real estate agents in Huntsville. And there many good ones. Sid and his team stand out among the best.
