Living here as been great! We signed our lease in April and have had nothing but good things. Maintenance is usually same/next day depending on the issue. The app is super easy to pay rent and stay in the know about the community. You’re also able to use a gate app to let visitors/doordash in without leaving your apartment! Everything in our apartment was recently updated with moving in including the washer, dryer, kitchen appliances, counter tops, etc. Overall the community is a good mix with college kids, young families, and professionals. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful if you have an issue or need to stop in! They’re always doing stuff to give back to the residents which i think is super cool of them to do.

Wow! Words can describe how amazing the staff is here!! Tara and her team are fantastic and truly care about each and every resident, I have had the pleasure to live here for a couple years now and it has been amazing, Arthur has done an amazing job of making sure everything stays work as well!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They “accidentally” towed my car thinking it was someone else’s, had to drive across town to go get it. They were renovating where the fire pits are and left the tubes underground uncovered and my sister sprained her ankle when she accidentally stepped in it and bruised her whole calf. The girls at the office were unprofessional and they do not handle your packages with care! Multiple instances where I went to get my packages and you can hear things falling down, my box was bent up and looked like someone tried to open it. The property manager lived underneath us and filed a noise complaint when we had JUST MOVED IN THAT DAY while we were moving furniture.
We have a medium sized golden/lab and she gets excited when we come home and she would tap and we would get noise complaints all the time due to that and they said that we had to control our dog like she was a human being “we expect our residents to uphold a certain standard and their pets to also uphold the same standard” THEIR ANIMALS. but their puppy could bark all night and all day and our noise complaints went unnoticed because she was the property manager and the pup kept barking every night up until we left.
The property was nice but NOT worth the headache. I don’t know if they have the same property manager but if you’re reading this you can suck it…

Do not live here!! Apartments are mold ridden!! I promise you it will be one of the worst decisions in your life if you decide to live here. You will deeply regret it, and your healthy WILL be majorly effected. Please find another place to live.

Edit: Do not listen to the bogus response from the complex under this review. They in fact DID NOT do an inspection. We found mold behind our laundry units, in our toilets, and in the master bedroom carpet, and in the A/C. They are liars!!

DO NOT LIVE IN THESE MOLD RIDDEN APARTMENST!!! MY HUSBAND AND I WERE CHRONICALLY ILL FOR 15 MONTHS WITH MOLD TOXICITY FROM LIVING HERE!!

Our lives were nothing short of a living NIGHTMARE living here. My husband and I are young, healthy and active. But living here we had depression, debilitating fatigue, anxiety, chronic WHOLE body inflammation, arthritis, stomach issues, loss of appetite, vision problems and the lists goes ON!! All of which went away after moving. I hope this place has a strong and terrible downfall.

Do not move here. Everything is a scam with this apartment. They barely answer emails, they make you pay $100 for a new parking pass, the place is disgusting and everything is always broken. The hallways never get cleaned, the gates are always breaking and when the pool was open they constantly were shutting it down. Do not waste your money moving here. When we moved in, the place was not at all ready for us, and they never told us that all rent and utilities were due the first of the month. Since we moved in it just keeps getting worse, don’t waste your time.

Do NOT live here!!! It is ALWAYS one thing after another. They will tow your car in the matter of 3 hours or less of you pulling in the parking lot to get more money in there pocket. (Not speaking of me having a 5 month old baby and his car seat is in the car they towed, how am i supposed to get to the car with my baby?) There is ALWAYS trash piled up at the dumpster and I have seen with my eyes, the preserve of Murfreesboro workers, walk up to the trash and plainly walk back to there golf cart and drive away. Any time you need to get ahold of the office, good luck!! Because that won’t happen. They never answer there phone calls when if you go down to the office, the girls aren’t ever busy. Also, it’s supposed to be a gated community when the gate is ALWAYS OPEN!!! Also, a couple of the maintenance men live in the complex and I see them a lot during the day going into there apartment for hours!!! When there is clearly work to be done!!!
