I absolutely love living here! Beautiful place and the office ladies are always so welcoming and professional. The maintenance guys are very helpful and go beyond for my family. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Only complaint is the internet could be better ? I would give 6 stars if I could.

Terrible company!! do not deal with these people!! They are theives!!! I sent them money for app fee and deposit, my plans fell through!! They said they would refund my money, I would get a paper check in 2-4 weeks, NOPE!!!! It's been 6 weeks and nothing!! They are theives!!!! They took my money but can't return it.

This place is falling apart. I have not had a/c work properly since middle of July (month and half). The pool is closed more than it is opened. Secured gated communtiy? Ya ok. Holes all in the fence they wont fix which people come through and break into vehicles. Cameras? Ya those dont work with trees in the way. Pedestrian gates always left open. High speed internet for $75..didnt know 7.75 is high speed. And we cant cancel to get our own internet. And yes i have reset my router multiple times.

Upside: Beautiful apartments! Stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, & granite countertops. Bedrooms are a pretty good size & have carpet. Nice pool & gym. Restaurants, grocery stores, & school are pretty close.
Downside: Extremely high turnover rate when it comes to management. There hasn’t been anyone professional since Laura and Ronald left. They are very careless when it comes to providing accurate information regarding leasing renewals & pricing. Maintenance is extremely slow when it comes to service requests & have lied on several occasions about fixing things that weren’t fixed. There are frequent internet, call box, and gate access issues resulting in no service or access (resulting in waiting outside gate until someone drives through) for days, sometimes weeks.

The management company that owns this property is shady. Higher management told the property managers company said to drain their fire suppression systems to prevent pipes bursting during a freeze. They cared more about their property than human life. Higher management then set out to fire any manager that contacted the fire department.

Their tech that services air conditioners isn't even EPA certified which is required by law. They use someone else's EPA certification that does not work on property. They are not certified to manage the pool but they add chemicals anyway. Does the city know this?

Been living here for 3 years and it's been so-so. Best thing about living here used to be the relatively low rent, but they've since been raising it and I'm about to have to discontinue my lease because it's getting too expensive.

The worst thing about living here is the management. Full stop. They're never here and they never return emails or calls. It's like they get paid for doing nothing. They'll make changes to your service package (such as cable) in the middle of your lease and there's nothing you can do about it. They up your rates such that you have to manually make two separate payments for the old rate and new rate if you're on a month where you're transitioning between leases, and their payment portal is confusing at best in how it represents what you owe and what has been paid. Then they have the audacity to send you derogatory notes about owing them money when it was their fault an accounting error occurred.

The management and staff have no accounting skills whatsoever and are constantly committing errors that force you to take time out of your day to go see them (in the small probability they're actually in the office) to sort it out.

This place isn't run like a real apartment complex, it's run like a front. They do the bare minimum to continue operation but nothing more than that whatsoever. At best, management is totally negligent and careless about your living situation. At worst, they are exploitative. There's even a clause in the lease agreement that they'll start ignoring you if you submit too many complaints (a number that is not specified, by the way). They're just another complex that takes advantage of the fact that Arkansas has no renter's rights on the books at all. They are pretty much immune to litigation no matter how bad they are at their jobs.

Edit: It's also embarrassing how frequently the wifi goes down. Like, if you're gonna cancel our cable with almost no warning and claim to be getting us a better internet package, at least have the competence to maintain it. It goes down at least twice a month now for hours at a time at best. There are other times where it'll be down for a day or more.

1 star is me being generous. The apartment units are nice but management is horrible. Front office never answers emails, they are never in office, when they are in office they’re always in the back so you have to wait in the front forever for them to finally come up front. They randomly changed our services, cancelling cable that was included in our rent price and replaced it with even slower internet. Won’t recommend unless there’s a change at the front office.

The apartments are fine but we pay for an internet package that CAN NOT be customized and provides slow, unreliable service. I work from home and it's beginning to cause issues with my job. Unless they fix the internet, I will most likely not renew. I've never lived an apartment that didn't allow you to upgrade your internet package. Plus $75 dollars is kinda steep for only 200 mbps download speeds. no cable.
