Beautiful property with unobstructed views of the Hudson River and New York City. Amenities include an outdoor pool, gym, rooftop deck with grills, private sky room for events, and attached parking garage. Building is well-managed by the condo association board and well-maintained by its staff.

Commute to NYC is easy by NJ Transit bus or provided shuttle to Port Imperial Ferry Terminal.

Conveniently located in Edgewater Harbor with many retail and restaurant options within walking distance.

It’s a LUXURY building. So yes, it’s not cheap and not for everyone. There are plenty of lower price apartments available, but you get what you pay for.

The Pearl has an AMZING MILLION DOLLAR MANHATTAN VIEW! There is NOTHING in front of your windows blocking that view! It’s the only building that every single unit gets water view with a LARGE pool parallel to the Hudson River. Awesome rooftop with a sky lounge, so you can enjoy the view or have a party even when the weather is bad. New modern high end furniture.
It’s like living at a resort! Nice gym equipments, seasonal landscapes and decorations. Same floor garage parking (who has that?)!!!! Wonderful waterfront walkway. Great service ppl.

You have CVS, Homegoods, salons, tanning and massage places, stores, many restaurant and fast food options within walking distance. And you have MyGym, gas station and storage across the street! Bus stations right outside, ferry shuttle pick up in front of the building. How convenient! It’s the perfect transition from NYC!

Almost every unit has a stunning water-front view without any blockage. Outdoor pool, gym, and rooftop with a panorama Manhattan skyline from uptown to downtown. Helpful staff and very reasonable condo dues. If you are seeking the best bang for the buck, look pass West New York and Weehawken, this condo in Edgewater is a steal for Manhattan commuters. It provides private shuttle accessing Port Imperial ferry and light rail that can take you to midtown in 30 minutes, 3 minutes walk to three different NJ transit buses to NYC, 25 minutes drive to downtown Manhattan on a weekend if you are craving for some specialty food. It's a gem. Don't miss it!
