Advanced pain modalities is the buisness that I visit frequently. It is a quaint building, can get a little crowded at times. They have handicapped accessible parking, but no accessibility for the front or bathroom doors.
Staff there are reasonably friendly. Dr. Gollapalli is wonderful!!! Very considerate of patients needs. One is able to get out of there in a timely manner after a procedure.
They play really good music in the waiting area.

Rewind ice cream parlor is hidden just west off the 101 & Ray Rd in Chandler. Turn south onto Federal St. Turn left into parking lot. In the Strip mall. Butterscotch and strawberry was amazing.

Awesome place to have breakfast, lunch or brunch. Go in, meet Carlos & Carlos, Jr. and have a meal with them. They need your business and you won't regret it, just ask the original Tim Allen. I should know.
