Reuben is the MAN! He genuinely cared about every detail that we wanted for our new move. So warm caring and funny. Actually everyone in the office is full of life, positivity, and very inviting. Down to Earth crew and we couldn’t be more thrilled to begin our lease in such a positive light. Kudos to The Palmer! Keep up the great customer service. You guys rock!

the leasing agents are extremely professional and helpful. I just moved out after living here for a year. I loved the community and the great hot tub / gym. Maintenance guys are thorough and quick to respond. Overall great experience, you pay for what you get though. its a bit pricey. Erica in leasing office is amazing! Thank you to all the Palmer staff. Office staff and maintenance is always on top of it. They greet you with a smile and are always willing to help. The housekeeping team is always working hard. We appreciate seeing them in the mornings when we go to work.

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved every minute of the experience. The team here is always kind and caring - and the neighbors are too! This is a true neighborhood, which can be hard to find in SoCal. The maintenance team is on top of things; Geo puts his all into his work and never leaves a mess or an unfinished job, and the team keeps the property in top shape. In the leasing office, Erica and the team make you feel like a person, not a number. I got the sweetest birthday card from them this year. Top notch. Unfortunately I had to leave the property due to job and roommate changes, otherwise I’d stay. The energy here is special… I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m back in a year or two. If you’re debating moving here, you won’t regret it!

She was so sweet and so helpful throughout the whole process from the very beginning, through signing of the lease and even now! Very responsive with communication!
