I am so grateful we chose Tim and Amy as the realtors to sell our home. Their support and knowledge made this a seamless process. Doing this transaction mostly out of state, we felt incredibly supported in things that came up, they just took care of it. They went over and above what I would’ve expected for a realtor to provide the services that they do to assist their clients. Amy and Tim Nixon were extremely helpful when I needed to sell my step mom’s home in Sun City. They took care of everything, including recommending a great Estate Sale company to sell all of the furniture, personal items and a vehicle (I live in Michigan) and I was able to complete everything without traveling back to AZ. They were available for any questions or help that I needed at any time. I would highly recommend choosing the Nixons for your real estate needs.

We don't live in Arizonia. Tim and Amy sold the home in our estate. The home was fully furnished. They got all the furniture out, had the house cleaned, then sold the home very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home in Sun City.
