Eric is a fantastic realtor and partner in the home buying process. As first-time buyers, we were unsure of how it would all come together, and Eric expertly guided us all along the way. So glad we went with Eric and Kim! They were great from checking out properties, through the bidding process, to well after close where they even coordinated with some of their go-to contractors and the previous owners to get some renovations going asap.

We loved touring properties with Eric - He has great opinions/knowledge on properties, makes sure you notice red flags, but at the same time he isn't trying to make you go one way or the other. Eric and Kim hooked us up with one of their mortgage lenders that day who was amazing and got the deal done with better terms! After close, Eric coordinated with the sellers for us on buying some of their furniture as well as getting renovations started asap. Eric and Kim's contractors have been awesome as well so that was a welcomed benefit, knowing you can trust the people you are working with.
