Management is nice & try to do what they can but I truly believe a lot of things are out of managements control. Serious roach infestation, appliances are old & never properly maintained. Our power bills were at least $500-$600 a month because our AC unit needed repairs. Washing machine messed up every other day and they would do the bare minimum to fix it. Half the outlets didn’t work.
We were told the apartment was deep cleaned before moving in and there’s just no way that could be true.
Pool was closed down the entire summer.
Those apartments are worth about $600 a month ! Definitely not “luxury living”
Plumbing was terrible. We went two weeks at a time without being able to flush the toilets and still couldn’t get anyone to come fix them.
Just save your time & money. Place has went downhill since the last few years.

Don’t. The management is insanely inept, especially Morgan, herself. She’ll blatantly lie to you about something she didn’t know about or something SHE said. Then when you show her proof of what was said or emailed, she plays dumb like she just didn’t remember it or know about it. You’re the MANAGER! It took MONTHS to get things fixed. My dishwasher STILL ISNT FIXED, after 3 months of the work order having been put in. Every day it floods the kitchen because won’t drain and just holds water in it. I don’t use it and it still floods the apartment and they know this and still haven’t fixed it. Underneath my sink leaked for so long before they finally fixed that, under the sink is rotting and there’s mold. There’s always trash everywhere. People park illegally and nothing is done. Someone was shot, or shot at, out here because the police were out here looking for round casings behind the building I lived in. The pool was open for a few days, AFTER Memorial Day. You know the weekend every other pool opens, Memorial Day weekend, yeah. They didn’t even have it open for then. It was after. Since then it’s been closed all summer. I’m including pics (from July 21st) of some quality you can expect here. My advice is move to Montgomery before here. You’re paying Prattville prices but dealing with Montgomery behavior and quality anyways. You’ll regret living here. I’ve lived here since 2020 and this is the third management company we’ve had. By far the absolute worst. Morgan and whomever she has in that office with her are lousy and worthless. Monkeys could literally do a better job.

I was ending my contract in the military and moving home but since I was moving from a different part of the country, I had to get things set up without actually seeing the property.

These people seemed nice and talked so highly of their amenities, which seemed nice on the website. They failed to mention that their amenities didn’t even work at the time. And they didn’t work the entire time I lived there. The year I was there, the pool was maybe open for 20 days. The rest they would lock the whole area up. And then I found out from a neighbor that it hadn’t been working in years.

They knew my situation. They knew I was getting out of the military and had to set everything up without seeing the property and they still chose to withhold information like that. That’s how they treat veterans. Stay away from this place. I would’ve moved somewhere else had I known I couldn’t even use the things they advertise most. On top of that, the place is disgusting. They have small dumpsters and just pile up the extra trash beside the dumpster. So it will be literal mountains of trash outside. It’s disgusting. Save your money and rent somewhere else.

EDIT: it seems some of my buddies who just got back from overseas don’t like how this place did me and started leaving reviews, which management is making sure to delete lol. These are some shady people.

8-08-24: Update review. After speaking to neighbors that have been here for 1-2 years enlighten me on issues with front office. One had to go 3 months without AC because management would not do repair. Excuse always is staff shortage. Ok but still responsibilities of landlord to do repairs timely. They are also having roach infestation and they have gave up talking to management because they get defensive. If you think you are getting a resort living place you are Wrong! This is low income operated with resort prices. I moved in over a month ago and it has been worse experience ever out of my renting years. Apartment was dirty but told it was cleaned. Bathroom ceiling needs repaired, outlets will not hold plug ins from stuff, bathroom floor linoleum is all torn and has black bugs continuously coming from torn spots. Now today spotted roaches in my apartment! Very low quality for an expensive price!! To add pool has been closed since I moved in!! Updating my review as of 8-9-2024. Roaches have grown to me a major problem along with still trying to get some repairs fixed. Talking to the neighbors they have roach problems and management here want to get an attitude when you contact them about it. This place is infested! Unsanitary to live here regardless how clean you live roaches are bad! Management has a responsibility to fulfill the lease and they are not doing there part and renters are being violated by renter rights! Not to mention pool is still closed and has been been all summer. Trash all over the place as well. If you move here you are crazy!!!!

I relocated approximately 1.5 years ago and have encountered numerous issues despite the kindness of Morgan and Cody. The new management company has been ineffective, touting 'luxury apartments' that are subpar at best. I've experienced at least six floods, resulting in mold growth. The kitchen floor has been damaged due to sink flooding, with no assistance provided to address water or mold damage. I've taken matters into my own hands, utilizing my own expensive mold solution, pulling back carpets, and operating fans. Management has been consistently short-staffed, but Morgan has been helpful. My AC now functions properly after an extended period, but power bills exceed $300 monthly. The roach and spider infestation is unsanitary and problematic, especially considering residents pay monthly for pest control, yet there seems to be no control. I'm convinced it's just an extra fee for their own greed. I'm unhappy and will be leaving, particularly regarding mold toxicity, which I've experienced previously and gone to court for due to becoming ill. I refuse to stay in a mold-infested dwelling that is making me sick! The new management's decision to charge extra for washers and dryers, which were previously complementary, and the Amazon locker fees are unreasonable. I regret moving here and feel unvalued as an unproblematic resident, to say the least. If you're charging nearly $1300 monthly for a tiny two-bedroom apartment, make it livable and quit falsely claiming luxury when these apartments are nothing of the sort.

The absolute worse place to live in Prattville! During my stay. Someone was shot on the property, someone came though on a high speed chase that knocked over the stairs in front of me, then lastly the worse experience was they allowed a woman with 2 extremely large dogs to stay on the property after attacking a child 2 small dogs and chasing neighbors up stairs to their cars etc. Our children couldnt even go outside to play because of these dogs that she claimed were on a shock collar but the dogs didnt stop until they reached you! She never apologized for the trama caused to myself and multiple families that lived there. They have went through so many maintenance men and always want to ask you to be patient or hold your maintenance request. My rent was 1216 but once you pay its 1365 for payment processing, lights, water, sewer, trash pickup.(something you think would be included) I would not recommend anyone to move in this place.
