Fantastic Place to Live!

I've had a great experience living at The Meadows Apartments! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and a great place to call home. Mariah and Francisco do an amazing job managing the property—they’re always professional, friendly, and quick to address any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are kept clean and inviting.

If you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend The Meadows!

We moved in summer 2019, when Denise was the property manager. Never had too many issues, and the ones we did were taken care of promptly. Once, there was a nest being made by yellow jackets, and Denise handled it. We had a few different managers for a bit, then Frank for the last 2-3 years we were there. It’s apartments, so yes, there will be noisy neighbors, leaf blowers, etc so gotta be mindful of that. Frank and Francisco always kept the property in tiptop shape. You could always find Francisco on the grounds, cleaning or repairing. He was super nice. The pool was ice cold! I loved it on the warmer days. We lived by the leasing office, so during business hours, there were people, businesses, deliveries, etc but we got used to it over time. I loved the way the porches were, never had packages stolen as they are hard to see (especially upstairs). Being across from Target was a blessing and a curse lol. I had to get in touch with the new property manager to fix an error on my move out expenses, and after some investigation, Mariah was able to fix the problem.

I have lived at The Meadows for over a decade. The grounds are well maintained (sidewalks, tree trimming, flower beds, lawn care, etc). It provides for a welcoming and safe environment to walk your dog, evening stroll, or a quick dash to the laundromat - the laundry machines are new and easy to use. Apartments are well maintained, the layout is well thought out, and the vaulted ceilings on the second floor apartments are a huge plus! Lastly, I appreciate the close proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants, the highway, and Taylor Mountain. Don't hesitate to become a tenant. You won't regret it!

I have nothing but good things to say about my almost 2 years here. Denise Myers, the property manager here, has been fantastic in assisting me with any and all questions and any repairs or concerns have been addressed quickly. She receives high marks for her professionalism and her compassion. She’s a keeper! Seriously. Jose the repair guy also gets a shout-out too- he’s fixed everything that has come his way.

Good staff. The maintenance man tends to jobs quickly and does a great job! He is friendly, helpful and his cologne (Eternity) smells nice.
