I’ve lived at the Lena for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. To call out, Carlos and the maintenance team, they are great. Carlos has always been so quick to help and extremely wonderful! The management team (Enijah, Elena, and Boris) are very responsive and I have always had a positive experience with them. The whole Lena team has made it possible for me to call this place home. Maintenance: Carlos and his team resolved the maintenance issue quickly on the same day which is appreciable. Leasing/Management office: Enijah and her entire leasing office team/staff (Elena, Boris) also respond quickly and they try their best to resolve the issues fast which is appreciable.

Although I have only been at the Lena for a year, I have no complaints. The location and facilities are great. The layout of my two-bedroom apartment is perfect, and my 2 dogs love the balcony.

We visited The Lena today and met with Elena Palankerina, she was extremely professional and sweet. They were having a brunch event for their residents and it was nice to see how connected she was with the community. The buildings amenities are great and it’s definitely worth checking out for the area.

My experience with Elaine was a pleasant experience from start to finish end. I love my apartment it is huge. not as up to date as I would like, but it’s beautiful. Every apartment come with some good and bad. This one does have a few of those, but they do whatever is in there power to make your stay pleasant, comfortable and peaceful. I would recommend this place to live it’s quiet and has all the amenities you would ever need.

I moved last Saturday to Lena. overall process was very smooth. I was assisted by Elena. She was amazing though out the entire process. I asked to view the empty apartment multiple times , not even once she hesitated to show us the apartment.Also always received very quick responses from her for every query. Overall very happy with my move. Highly recommend this place.

Showed up for a scheduled apartment tour on 10/14 but there was no one in the leasing office.
It was empty.
Waited for about 5 minutes, then left.
Not upset.
**This is helpful information about how the Lena appears to be managed. Yikes.
I've toured at least 3 other luxury apartments.
Never seen this happen before.
On to the next apartment in my list!
