Joe reed helped me buy my first house 18 years ago and he did a great job! Fast forward to now and I own a home inspection company and we inspect a lot of homes for him and his team. From my end, they have been great to work with, always on time, and genuinely care about and fight for the clients they are working with. I can't say enough good things about the Joe Reed Team! Joe helped me sell a secondary property that I owned in Grand Junction, that my mother had been living in, but had recently vacated when she had to move into assisted living. Because I live in Denver, the long-distance aspect presented some difficulties in selling the house quickly, but Joe and his team went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor to get the property ready for sale, address inspection issues, and close at almost asking price within 6 weeks of listing! I have now sold two houses with the Joe Reed Team. Both times have been excellent. Joe Reed knew exactly how to stage my house, the type of buyer to look for, the terms that benefited me, the day to put it on the market, and above all else, his team is professional and they all provided excellent customer service.

My recent house sale was easy and we had eleven groups visit in the first weekend with four competing offers by the end of the weekend.

My prior house sale was a nightmare that Joe Reed saved me from. I had my house on the market for six months at a competing brokerage. That other brokerage failed to sell my house. We bought in 2018 and sold the house in 2021 with the Joe Reed Team. They were very easy to work with on both sides of the transactions. When we moved to Fruita in 2018 we had one weekend to look at houses and they made sure to fill up the day with as many houses as we could possibly see. When we sold in 2021 we were beyond impressed with the selling side. The photographer they use was amazing. We got outstanding pictures, video with outside drone view, and a doll house view which helped our house sell quickly and for top dollar. The communication from their entire team is outstanding.
