UPDATE 11.15.24!! ... Not worth the money... Noise complaint is DOG BARKING....The building is supposed to be pet free or dogs are for therapy ... a few tenants have dogs and this one tenant leaves the dog for 10 hours daily up to 1am at times and due to separation anxiety the dog barks constantly... Its the absolute worse because there is no peace of mind and tranquility when the tenant of that apartment leaves... THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A YEAR AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! .... So if you move here ask if there is a dog above or below because its like roosters waking you up and keeping you up or annoying your peace all day... I say find another place to live... because its terrible...smh

My experience from the first email exchange, to my welcome to The Ivanhoe email with Sasha Saco the building manager was AWESOME! Sasha made every step of the process a wonderful personal experience! I look forward to being part of The Ivanhoe. The building is well managed, and well kept. It really feels like a community ! Thank you Sasha and Manny at the front desk for making me feel so welcome.

If you love exercising you should move here ! For an apartment that is branded as "luxury" , the elevators are always down and never work.

Elevator frustration ultimately leads to residents yelling at front desk service workers. As this is something I do not condone, this is horrendous. Hard working staff are being berated as a result of neglectful property management, who aren't on the front lines to receive this type of treatment when situations arise.

Nice views, high ceilings, nice neighbors, but two faulty elevators overshadow the great features of this building. If there were sufficient steps taken to repair and purchase a new elevator, I doubt the community would have issues. However, it is clear property management thinks it's convenient to have both elevators shut down routinely and not purchase new elevators altogether. There is nothing luxurious about paying high rent for bad facilities, false communication, and neglectful owners.

I've lived at the Ivanhoe for over 7 years and the current management team and maintenance is the best I've seen. Sasha, the community manager, is a breath of fresh air. Not only is she one of the hardest working people I've ever seen, but always with a positive attitude. I can honestly say I've seen the building improve exponentially since she came onboard. And as far as the resident manager goes, it doesn't get better than Eliel. Again, one of the hardest workers I've met and always with a smile. They treat the Ivanhoe like their baby and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are always treated with kindness, compassion, professionalism and respect. These people know how to create a luxury 5-star living experience for their residents. The Ivanhoe has become the gold standard of apartment living. I absolutely LOVEEEEE living here thanks to the clean, safe and magnificent environment they've created.

Sasha and team are amazing and the building and my neighbors are a delight! Moving to this building had made my transition to New Jersey well worth it!

I've lived here now for six months, downsized from a home to an apartment. Very happy that I moved here!! It's a friendly, professionally run building. The pool was MAGNIFICENT! Lovely apartment that I feel happy waking up in every morning - the city and NJ views are spectacular, the balcony is terrific, lots of privacy. Best of all, the building is in good shape and is very well maintained by the staff, and well managed by Sasha Saco, who is a bundle of energy and goodwill. I also like that we are not nickeled and dimed by individual charges for parking, garage, etc, all one fairly good price. Very happy that I moved here!

The Ivanhoe is amazing!!!! 5 star luxury experience from the lobby to the elevators, to the apartments. The management team are amazing. Sasha is super helpful and friendly. Made things really easy on me and answered all my questions. The front desk was always friendly and it's just the perfect home to come back to. I loved how clean the building was kept. The super Ellial and maintenance team are nice and did a great job keeping the the place beyond 5 star standards. The Gym is great, Pool, garage is perfect with the set up with elevator connected to it. My apartment view was great with balconey. And the prices are so reasonable. It's a bargain. Im truly impressed and would always suggest to move here in jersey. 30-40 minutes from the city!! That's nothing! So close...Thank you, Ivanhoe! And kriegmanandsmith for everything!

Have lived at The Ivanhoe for three years. The new manager, Sasha joined about a year ago & is amazing. She knows everyone’s name and has made living in the building a fantastic experience. The new lobby looks great as well.
