I could not have asked for a better home buying experience than what Cameo delivered. First off her friendly and attentive attitude puts you on a great footing with here right out the gate. She asks all the right questions when getting a feel for the home you're looking for. She knew exactly what I was prioritizing and would consistently give me great options to look over. Secondly the whole process of getting a lender set up and working through all the fine details with home inspection, discussing offers, etc. She had me covered every step of the way. Even if I had a question late in the evening she would be there to answer if I shot her a text. I never once didn't get a prompt response the had the answer I was looking for. When closing on the house she checked in on me, even when her side of the job was done just to make sure things were moving along and if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out. And when she delivered news that we had gotten the house and beat out all the other offers she was just as excited as I was! If only I had a need to buy another home I would rely on her as often as I could buy homes, alas I just have the one. But if I ever plan on selling or getting a new home she will be the only realtor I use.

We got introduced to Cameo when she sold our daughters home in 2022. Now in 2023, we asked her to sell my mothers home.
With both homes, Cameo gave sound advice, used amazing marketing skills which resulted in many offers that exceeded our expectations. Her efforts before the house went on the market resulted in an almost frenzied interest in the homes which resulted in accepted offers within 3-4 days of each listing. It was amazing to witness.
Cameo was incredibly precise in her communications with us. It cannot be overstated how nice it was to have efficient, timely, effective dialog during the whole process. Cameo choreographed the whole sale smoothly for my aging mother, which was a huge blessing to our family.
