We absolutely love Wayne & Shannon of The Hindmon Team! We had bought a home with the help of Wayne Hindmon about 11 years ago and he was a big help to us then, it was a difficult time to buy then, but with Wayne's perseverance, we succeeded and found a home we are happy with. Now this time around they helped us sell my parents home and they are so caring and helpful! They gave us suggestions on how to sell quick and get the price we wanted, they did some staging, which made the house more inviting and they are just all around professionals! We will recommend them to all our friends for sure!! And if something comes up in the future for us, we will have them help us out again!! We really appreciate them!!

Shannon and Wayne were amazing! We were buying a house sight-unseen, living in IL and moving to CA. They held our hands through every step of the way, helping us find a reliable lender, homeowners insurance and every inspection we needed. They did Facetime calls with us to show us properties, they sent us photos and videos, and they shared their considerable expertise. They demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the region, with a nuanced understanding of the pros and cons of different neighborhoods, cities and school districts. They helped us understand the unique ways that bids are submitted in CA, and they put us in a position where we could be the new owners of a house that met all of our needs. Even after the sale, they remain incredible assets for us, and continue to check-in, provide guidance, and help us get settled in town. I've worked with many realtors, but I've never found any that have the level of dedication and service of Shannon and Wayne. You simply can't do better! I'd recommend them, unconditionally and without reservation!
