Price gouging greedy corporate thug of an organization, lived here for year while we were buying a house. DONT LIVE HERE. Their month to month extensions are $10k/month for a $5k apartment. They basically want to cash out at least $10k when you move out. There should be law against corporations like this. After paying exorbitant rents you will get crappy washer and dryers that doesn't wash - as new apartments come up in Livingston this should be your last choice. The only reason they survive is because they are limited options otherwise this place would be out of business. They are perennially under staffed - their board says 5pm but always shutdown by 3pm. Their first priority is the corporate bottomline. Their last priority is customer service. Elevators out of service for 3 days, glass entry door cracked for a month. Just a sample of what awaits you at this paradise. The only bright spot of this place is Ines the property manager

We have been living in Hillside Club for more than two years. It's a wonderful experience that is more than we can ask. The leasing office and maintenance team are very professional and effective. The public area is always clean and well-organized. The gym and swimming pool are high quality and well-maintained. We enjoy the beautiful seasonal landscape, and it feels like home when we are here. The neighbors are friendly and the community threw lots of events even during the pandemic. Go Hillside Club!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Inland residential and Hillside club are scammers and thieves. This is not a luxury property, this is hell. Worst management, extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Lived here for a year and it was torture. The owner of hillside club is Inland residential (look them up), worst reviews and worst company. Have been waiting for two months for my security deposit back after the nightmare it was to live here. If you value your mental health, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Worst service from leasing/management. They don't tell you that they will need income proof of 2.5 X of the rent price before application, and once you pay application fee and apply, they reject the application and keep the money.
