I asked a question on whether or not rent could be lowered if we paid the full year in advance, the lady that i spoke with and manager were unable to treat me with any kindness and gave a very round about indirect answer until finally i was told no property will negotiate. Totally fine with the answer but the way they talk to people is terrible. I dont think any company deserves a good review or business if they dont act like they care or want to earn it. Remember they will treat the tenants terribly. I would also like to add the person responsible for maintenance also handles applications which is weird. He didnt say "hi" when i met him at a property was extremely rude when we were friendly and acted inconvenienced to be there or have me ask any questions. Infact, he was already suppsed to meet someone at 11 there and when i said i could make it 10:45 he was irritated and had " things to do."

Came to a appointment that was set by the office filled out our guess card and was told that someone will meet us at the home at 4:30pm we waited 15min before he showed up to show the place. So unprofessional if you give a time you should show up on time.
