Have lived here for just about a year now (just re-signed my lease for another year as well) and cannot speak more highly of the leasing and maintenance staff. They are extremely kind and responsive whenever we have needed something done and are always on top of keeping the complex clean and in working order for tenants. The amenities at this complex are very attractive for new and current tenants and are always in working order when we have used them. Heather and Nicole have done a tremendous job getting involved in the Griffin community and setting up events for us to meet other folks who live here. Come check it out for yourself!

Griffin is the BEST apt i have lived ever since i moved to Arizona. Krystal, the rental manager, who has been so professional, kind, patient along the whole process of helping me move in.

All the staff are very friendly, and occasionally there will be parties at pool area, but it mostly happens on weekends. Other than that, there’s no concerns about anything here.

Great location, close to everything at old town Scottsdale.

It’s a reasonable price after i did almost 3 months search and did check lots apt nearby.

I strongly advise against moving here if you don't want your vehicle broken into overnight, even when parked in the gated parking garage. Where is the 24-hour security?

absolutely love these apts. definately a place i can call home. there were many apartment complexes to choose from. the staff is teriffic. i wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

I don’t know how any of these reviews are 5 stars since GreyStar took over. Just so future renters are aware, this management company is at the top of the list of getting sued by the States Attorney General for straight up collusion. They are here to screw you over despite how nice the place may be. I was a previous renter that was taken advantage of when renewing my lease. They essentially increased my rent by $400 with no additions to show for it. They certainly won’t be giving you the security deposit back either no matter how good the condition it is left in when you leave. Do your research about this company before giving them your money.
