Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Rhonda Worrill , this guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible and for that she deserves a special thanks. Rhonda is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. I truly enjoyed her walking me through the area. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The community area on the end was a great way to end the tour. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. I respect Rhonda who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide!

This is a stellar property conveniently located to shopping, the train station, the Parkway and entertainment. There are times I forget I live here and feel like I’m at a resort while enjoying the many accommodations and public spaces they offer. Maintenance and Management have always been courteous and prompt. Just a beautiful and well run building.

Came to the The Grande at MetroPark to tour properties! Michaela was professional, informative, and very personable! Despite limited availability, she showed us everything she could and worked with us in terms of move in date. Great experience for the tour, appreciate the hospitality, initial energy makes a big difference in choosing a home.

We booked an appointment with a leasing office worker over the phone. During this call, we were screened regarding what apartments we were interested in, our move in date, etc. After driving 35 minutes to the building and waiting for 10 minutes, we were turned away due them not having any available apartments in the timeframe that we discussed over the phone. Overall very unprofessional treatment and a subpar experience.

Edit: based on the response below, I am urging you even further to steer clear of this place. Overall unprofessional treatment from start to finish with them

The Grande At Metropark Is An Amazing Property! Touring the community with Hui Ping Voss as our leasing specialist was truly a pleasure! She is extremely knowledgeable and sweet making the experience of touring the grande truly unforgettable. Me and my family have visited many communities on our apartment search and no community has anything on this one. 10 out of 10!!!!!

I moved into The Grande at Metro Park recently. I had an exceptional experience with the leasing team (Rhonda, Ping, Sabrina, Mikhayla, and Janny) during my move-in process. Their professionalism and friendliness made a significant difference, as they provided thorough explanations and promptly answered all my questions. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition.

The property is so beautiful, calm and welcoming. I feel at home away from home. I would like to commend this property management and the leasing teams for their outstanding customer service and commitment to making the move-in a highly experience enjoyable! A big thank you.

I have moved into The Grande Metro December of 2023 with my 1 year old son, very different environment but in a good way. Any complaints or concerns I’ve had whether past or current the management team if not spot on that day the next business day. The maintenance team response time is immaculate if you ask me compared to where i use to live. I can’t speak for everybody else experience but i honestly have no complaints my experience living is much different.. the amenities/events are very helpful when you have younger children especially around the summer time or even holidays. Sabrina in the leasing office is the person I’ve had most of my communication with very knowledgeable, patient, & understanding. Moving here things are not going to be perfect all the time but with communication you’re issue(s) will get resolved.

HONEST FINAL REVIEW: THIS PLACE had me and my husband WAITING and waiting on a final answer(if we can rent from them or not)KNOWING I had a move in date on 11/14/2024! I called and called,left messages,and when I actually did speak with someone she told me the leasing agent will call me back and ofcourse that never happened,I took a day off work because I didn’t want to miss a call that never came!! NOW HOW IS THIS PROFESSIONALISM? I paid and applied along time ago and should have BEEN gotten my answer! Now they will sayā€oh it was because they need more of my income documentsā€NO! I gave them my w-2 form,my husbands paystubs,my paystubs and my disability information(they wanted my disability in a different form,talking about they have been scammed) okay,the only ones you SCAMMED is a potential tenant.I kept 2 agents in the loop about my move In date,me being approved for two other properties(and me and my husband actually LOSING the two bedroom we applied for due to waiting on them because we put this company first on our list) we risked and gambled on our chances living HERE and lost it all!! All the while,the leasing agents reassuring meā€I think everything is going to be fineā€ ā€œoh you look good as far as the applicationā€ and even giving me that $599 promotion without even screening me!! THEY BLEW ALOT OF AIR UP OUR BEHINDS! Everything the leasing agent wanted I literally dropped everything and delivered the documents(she even stated how quickly I sent them)YES!BUSINESS TIP:WHEN HANDLING A CLIENT ESPECIALLY WITH A CLOSE MOVE IN DATE,BE CONSIDERATE WITH PEOPLES TIME,IT WIL BENEFIT YOU AND THE CLIENT,SO IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THEIR APPLICATION (if denied)THEY CAN MOVE ON TO WHERE THEY WHERE ACCEPTED AND FOLLOW UP WITH THE OTHER COMPANY.THANK YOU! I invested and wasted a lot of time,all the while keeping a positive mindset and thinking okay we are starting out on a very bumpy start,this is horrible because if I am accepted I would have to rush and get a lot of things done due to them not reaching back out to me when I called to ask questions for my leasing agent!they only followed up with me ON THE LAST DAY(the 13th)and that’s probably because I left a very long letter with metropark management team,I HAD TO!Btw,they switched the apartment I applied for,when I saw it,it was smaller than expected but I could have made it work! ANYWAY,I say shame on this company! I would have had a place to stay if you would have been on top of things,returned AND answered my calls and e-mails!NOT THE DAY BEFORE ā€œMOVING DAYā€! It’s fine to approve/deny applications but how about taking into consideration that people have LIVES and other options.What if a company did that to one of your loved ones? If you want to live up to ā€œpeople’s expectationsā€then start with that! At the last hour all you can say is ā€œI’m sorryā€ā€¦YEAH YOU SHOULD BE!Where does that put US now? Another TIP,don’t be so antsy to try to sell an apartment and promise ā€œpromotionsā€and telling them all they are going to need to move in UNTIL you made the actual decision that they WILL MOVE IN! I was only going off of the ā€œsmoke you blewā€ and I moved accordingly,spending a lot of money for the apartment I could have used for a security deposit for the actual apartment I was guaranteed! WHAT A HEADACHE!I trusted your word.It’s absolutely NO excuse,then on the ā€œlast dayā€the leasing agent comes out asking for my husband’s birthday and social(THAT WAS THE FIRST BATCH OF INFORMATION SHE RECEIVED)and the lady who took us in the conference room even mentioned how they needed information THEY ALREADY REQUESTED a long time ago! And I dare them to say they didn’t receive my information because I don’t erase ANYTHING from my files,I still have the time and date from when I sent you everything you asked for starting out with our identification,social etc!! THE OWNER really needs to see the complaints and they way people have been treated dealing with the team! It’s disgusting!oh and the company I work for and fam and friends who waited on my review and experience,HERE IT IS! (Hi)
