Something odd is happening at this property. Cars are suddenly being towed and these huge stickers are popping up on some vehicles. Jessica and James are amazing. Somehow I don't think they are the ones suddenly terrorizing the tenants. Would never recommend this property if this is how they treat the people keeping them in business.

Update to respond to GR Management:

I am very aware that it is NEW management that is doing this. Your corporate office needs to do something about you being so nasty to the tenants. How about an email reminding folks of the rules? How about giving people time to correct their issues? Life is too short to be so unkind. Do you wake up everyday asking yourself how much more you can be mean you can be? Emailing tenants that you are not scarying them, is already an indication that you are indeed doing so. How about a simple email saying THANK YOU for choosing to live here? Covid taught us many things. Live Love Laugh. Be better. Be kind.

Just turned in my keys after renting for 5 years. Although people in the leasing office have changed out over the years, the current staff seem to be very welcoming and helpful. Jessica and James have been particularly good with their communication and help. Very quiet community, and maintenance was very responsive and prompt when I had issues. The apartment itself is spacious with slightly older appliances if you're in an older unit, but still a great place to live. Huntsville rent increasing everywhere for the last several years is the only downside that was inescapable for the area.

Jessica was the leasing agent that helped me! She was so amazing and so sweet. Talk about a good customer services experience I received. The apartment itself blew me away being so spacious and clean! I have no regrets about moving here whatsoever! VERY PLEASED!!! Thanks Jessica!! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with moving here.

Alice and Jessica are the absolute best!!!! My move-in was smooth and easy. So far living here has been very pleasant. Staff and residents are all so friendly. I’m glad I moved here!

Big shoutout to Alice, James, and maintenance! Our AC unexpectedly went out and the Grand Reserve team quickly corrected the issue (had the issue resolved in less than 6 hours). That's fast! With the summer heat still broiling outside, we're extremely grateful for their timely response. Keep up the good work!

I have never paid this much to live anywhere. The management is beyond ridiculous. My bill hasn't been the same not a single time since I've lived here. My apartment was supposed to be newly renovated and it did have new appliances but the apartment still has spots on the walls with only putty and not even sanded at that. When I moved in over half of my wall input plugs didn't work. The lights in my bathroom, kitchen, and dining room didn't work. I had a leak under both kitchen and bathroom sinks. The wood plank at the end of my counter top closing in my dishwasher fell off because it was never connected to the frame. I will never refer anyone to live here. These pictures are only a few.
