Scheduled a tour for 9am and the leasing office hours are 9am-6am. No one showed up to give the tour. No one has opened the leasing office. There is no one here! Tried calling the listed contact number and it sends you to a regional office. The regional office provides the “local” number that only lets you leave a voicemail. Terrible experience for prospective renters. Staff member/ leasing office staff showed up 30 minutes late eventually at 9:30am.

Ive lived here for 2 years and the management is extremely flakey in responding. We notified them about move out 2 months in advance of move out date yet they charged us a late notification fee. When i showed them the time stamped email they said they will fix the error in the charges. Since then I have called 12 times and notified kyle the property manager over email 4 times following up but no response!!

I’m one of the first tenants in this place. When it was owned by Pennrose it was very good everything ran smoothly. Went downhill with next owners. But it seems to be back on track with AION especially with new manager.problems are attended to promptly I hope this will keep on. I moved here on June 29:2013. I would like to keep on staying here as long as its possible.

Called out of work and drove an hour down to view an apartment that I scheduled two weeks ago and confirmed again over the phone last week just to wait in the lobby for well over an hour to be helped. Finally just gave up and left around the 1hr25min mark when it became clear I'd be waiting all day for a twenty minute tour. Such a shame how disorganized the leasing/front office seems to be. When I first arrived, there wasn't a single person at the front desk. I waited about 20+ minutes just for someone to show up. And then about another hour to (not) be helped. The phone number listed on the website just takes you to an outsourced call center that can't even put you in direct contact with an actual person. All they can do is give you the onsite team's phone number to call yourself (which doesn't have a voicemail set up btw). I can't even emphasize the complete waste of time and inconvenience this botched tour was for me. But at least I'm very grateful that this display of how the apartments are managed happened right in front of my eyes before I actually signed a lease here.

I requested a tour of The George in New Brunswick, NJ. I felt very prejudged by the representative who gave me the tour. This woman asked me if I was working! Would I be looking for an apartment if I wasn’t working and could afford it! Total disrespect. Not interested in living anywhere where I’m disrespected while just inquiring.

Living at The George for the past year was nothing shy of a great experience! I was on the 12th floor facing George Street with a great view and corner windows. There are multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance, which was super convenient! The George's staff members are responsive and helpful in all areas, especially the leasing agent Victoria Tudor! A great experience overall.

This place is a joke to say the least not only are they physically violent but extremely unprofessional. The maintenance person let someone in my home without my permission when I wasn’t home. The excuse I was given was that they had seen the person around the building. The other maintenance man got into an altercation with my boyfriend and when I came downstairs to break up the ARGUMENT, the man slammed the leasing office door on my fingers. Not a single apology given. Nothing. The woman that works in corporate named Jacqueline is an absolute piece of work. She doesn’t care about anyone or anything and only gives excuses. Thank God for my lawyer and filing a lawsuit because I filed police reports on the man that works there AND STILL WORKS THERE EVEN AFTER THE ASSAULT, HE DID NOT GET FIRED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CAUGHT ON SECURITY CAMERA. Leasing is never in their office. The hallways stink. No parking garage.elevators don’t have light and always smell of urine.

I am leaving one star here because I as you can see on the photo I've attached, I was scheduled an appointment to see two units yesterday-Sunday the 28th at The George.
My husband and I went to New Brunswick all the way from Jersey City, which is a 45 mins drive, to be left waiting in the lobby (luckily one tenant let us in, otherwise we would have been waiting outside in the rain).
The office was closed, and no one was there working. I called the cell phone (a couple times) from which I've received the call from the leasing agent the day when they scheduled an appointment for us and the phone was actually ringing in the office but as I said no one was there to answer.

This was very unprofessional and we do not appreciate someone wasting our time like this.
I never write negative reviews, but unfortunately I wanted to share this with everyone and also the management who I hope will see this review.

Furthermore, I want to also mention that I requested an appointment for Saturday the 27th, but the leasing agent that called me said that they are not open on Saturdays for touring so she suggested Sunday the 28th instead, as you can clearly see that the appointment was scheduled for that day.
Very unprofessional because we haven't received a call or email with any update.
