Some apartments are quite small yet very expensive. Maintenance on the outside is well done. There are beautiful flowers by each building and an elegant "look" regarding the outside in general. The inside of the buildings are kept nice and clean. However, issues within the apartment are not always resolved in a timely manner. There is a pool and the few times I wanted to enjoy it...I noticed the water within the pool had branches, leaves or bugs in the water so that was not too impressive (in my opinion) nor great for swimming. Overall- great location and safe place to live if one needs or prefers to rent.

I love that my parents are living in this gated community. The place looks immaculate every time I visit and the management does an impeccable job at keeping the landscaping perfect. It looks like a resort. The office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and wonderful. Highly recommend.

A couple minutes late to an appointment and they won't even show you the place. Turned away at the gate. Their hours for showings aren't great for me but this was just pathetic. The security guy was nice but the other people I have talked to came across as stuck up. Forget it. I don't need to review your apartments. I can already tell it's not the kind of community I want to live in.

Living here 15 years - This last year upper management has been non-responsive during some difficult times we recently have been experiencing after moving to another apartment - Which included a pipe bursting in our bedroom and closet (12/08/2020)- Everything wet and dirty from the dirty water -The general manager Regina and Felippe the superintendent seems to be the only persons that are concerned.
