We found Dana through her YouTube channel. As an out of state buyer, we needed real help to buy a house in this highly competitive market.
After the initial conversations with Dana, where she helped our family to focus on some neighborhoods, Dana introduced us to one of her agents. Her lead agent Kay Patel had few additional conversations with us, found more details about what might suit for us as family.

Kay created some custom videos for us, which showed the neighborhoods which we were interested in, with specific details on the homes which were available. This helped us in planning our home buying trip.

Dallas market is a crazy market. You can get outbid, houses can go off the market within hours and you need to make decisions very quickly. This is where Kay's personal connections helped us. She had very good relationship in the sales office and we got early info on a house which was going to hit the market. We also got a video of it two weeks ahead of time before most others could look at it. This helped us take the decision and close the deal. And to make it better, Kay was able to negotiate the price down with the builder.

Without the help of Kay and Dana Pollard group, we wouldn't have got this house in Windsong Ranch.

Dana and Kay has continued to reach out to us and offered help on any other resources we may need to settle here in North Texas.
