The Crossing is indeed a fantastic community. The location is great, the parking is spacious, the interior layout is well-designed, and the maintenance of various facilities is timely. We got a lot of help from Bryan and Zola, good people. We had a very pleasant two years here, and I have referred many friends and colleagues to move in as well. It is a little pricy but definitely worth it

We only lived here for a short term lease (half a year) due to being displaced from a house fire - if we had to stay longer, it honestly would’ve been a pleasure to! The area is quiet, safe, very family oriented which I loved. Everyone that we dealt with was always professional & pleasant. Maintenance team is 5 star as well & all were really friendly - even when I had to ring on off-hours once. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and the place was really well kept & clean. I didn’t see 1 bug my entire stay, which indicates how well the property has been kept up prior to our stay. The community as a whole really seems to respect one another which is important. I personally really enjoyed having the gym, I love to run. The property was also perfect / safe for outdoor runs when it was nice out. You don’t have to worry about parking as there’s lots available. The dog park was an added bonus! I don’t play tennis but they have a huge tennis court. The pool was one of my favorite things - it was always clean and a nice time going there, plus they stayed open til 8 which was awesome. Lots of different, beautiful wildlife on the property coexisting peacefully with the community.
If you’re looking for a nice, safe place to live, look no further. If we ever had to stay somewhere again, I would want to go back here. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love living in this community. They always maintain the place safe and beautiful. It has trails with a pond and the Plainsboro park connected to the community which is awesome to see the scenery each season. Swimming pool, barbeque area, tennis courts.. are also big plus for us.

I lived in this complex for a year, and it was an absolute nightmare. My husband and I suffered from respiratory issues the entire time, only to discover that the air vents were full of mold that had been accumulating for years. To make matters worse, we found an old Coca Cola glass bottle from the 1970s inside one of the vents—completely covered in mold.

When we reported the issue to management, they refused to acknowledge that it was mold and dismissed it as “just dust.” Their so-called remediation? A basic duct cleaning and running an air purifier for a single day. That was it. No real remediation, no concern for tenant health.

Because of their negligence, I am now dealing with chronic sinusitis, which has seriously affected my quality of life. If you value your health, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Management does not care about their residents or maintaining a safe living environment.

The maintenance staff is responsive and approachable. I noticed the disposal leaked in the morning, and sent a service request online. The maintenance staff, Carlos, came in the afternoon and fixed it in 20 minutes. It is so nice to live in Crossings.
