First the morale is wonderful with the friendly staff and residents. One of the highlights since I’ve been here are the Sunday brunches. The resident chef featured recently is AMAZING! Overall, this community is WONDERFUL!

We recently moved into The Crossings at Hamilton Station and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the application process to final move-in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Sangeeta, the assistant community manager, is truly a world-class professional. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. They also take great care to provide events and activities for residents, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

I love this place! I moved here a few years ago because I catch the NJT train at Hamilton Station to NYC. The traffic and parking at the train station was stressful especially on busy mornings. Now I walk from my apartment to the train station in 7-9 minutes. I find the staff here to be friendly, polite and most helpful. The concierge Ms. Nyaisha was very helpful in helping me find my postal package and answering my questions on reserving the conference room. The leasing office Ms. Karla is Amazing! She’s helped me so much with all of my leasing renewals and fees questions. I’ve probably asked Ms. Karla the same lease questions like 3 times and she’s always been most kind and understanding when explaining my questions. The maintenance team was on point when they fixed my A.C. And my hot water last summer. I really like and enjoy the Sunday morning brunches. It’s popular with our residents. In the summers I like the pool and going for a walk around the community. Oh and the gym is 24/7 I like that! I’m happy here and I hope to stay here longer. If you’re looking for a clean & safe place to call home. I do recommend The Crossings.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Crossings! The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Sangeeta and Robert always so friendly and helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team are quick to respond and do excellent work, while Felicia and Cassandra are always welcoming and make everything better with their smiles. The cleaning team also keeps the place spotless, making it a pleasure to come home to. Highly recommend living here!

Do not move here unless you want your rent to increase by 10% after your first lease expires. They “do not negotiate”. The staff do not want to help you and will not help you. They will tell you that a manager will call you back just to get off the phone with you. You’ll never get that call.

Recently my hallway air unit stopped working and I kindly asked them to replace the batteries in the thermostat, (it seemed like an easy fix). I asked if they could place it back on fan mode, just so the air can blow to drown out some of the noise in the hallway. FYI the unit has been constantly running since I moved here approx. 3 years ago. Instead of saying yeah no problem we’ll just put some batteries in it, they started arguing with me and began telling me that no one is allowed to touch the thermostat. The best part is they proceeded to place a glass box around the thermostat and turned the thermostat off just to spite me.

This is what you get for paying the highest rent in the area. Don’t leave a we’re sorry message at the bottom of this because you’re not and you obviously don’t care. I am looking forward to moving out, but have not begun the move out process yet, so wish me luck trying to deal with these people. I will defiantly not be recommending anyone to move here, that’s for sure.

Oh and by the way they can enter your apartment any time they wish as long as they send you an email a few days prior. If you’re not home and want to reschedule don’t worry they “won’t accommodate any appointments”.

As all the reviews stated the move out process is where this place gets you. Not only did they take my 1k security deposit they nickel and dime you for every single repair or upkeep to our former townhome. We were charged an additional 2k for carpet removal, blinds and bathroom tile. In addition the carpets did not need replacement as we lived here 36 months and never wore shoes within the home. If you’re looking for a place to reside this is not it. Sure the community is nice but at what cost as you’re already paying a high premium. The Crossings also expects the home to be spotless when you end your lease. Management is clueless and never available. This place is a money pit avoid at all cost you’ve been warned

We recently moved into a townhome in this community. While the residence is nice and updated (only reason for one star), the service upon move-in has been a disappointment. We had a number of basic requests go unaddressed for over a month, with some still in progress. This includes replacing a shower door seal, which we are still waiting to be replaced. Our bathroom is flooded after each shower we take. They offered a solution to put up a shower curtain, which clearly would not solve the issue. Additionally, the technicians attempted to pass blame for screws coming loose from a door hinge. We showed up to the leasing office weekly for a month to try to get in touch with the property manager, but were brushed off. It took us reaching out to their corporate office to get things in motion. If you don’t mind service requests going uncompleted for weeks at a time, the community and residences are sufficient. Don’t expect management to care about your experience beyond when they get you to sign a lease to one of their plethora of vacancies.

Update: We have lived here for approximately 5 months and still don’t have a fully functional refrigerator. The property ordered one a month ago and never followed up to see when it would be delivered. I have now been to the office several times in the past week for an update, and while the concierge has done what she can, I never received so much as a phone call. Management went to their wits end to try and fix a clearly dysfunctional refrigerator instead of replacing it earlier on. Very disappointing.

We have been living in the community for a while and had a great experience so far. The community is very clean and comes with a nice combination of amenities like gym, kids play area, media room and swimming pool. The staff are very professional and helpful when needed.
