Nothing but great things to say. Moved in 2017. Just recently upgraded to a bigger unit. Everything has been great. Great location. Maritza & Kayla in the office have been nothing but kind, understanding and helpful. Al & the maintenance staff always come quick & fix the issues. He really cares about what he does and it shows. Appreciate you all!

My wife and I love courtyards. Very peaceful place to live...THIS IS FALSE!! I never wrote this review! However, I liked the place at first, then there was problem after problem. Maintenance (Al particularly) has been on point with attending those things, but the property needs to be updated. AND… THEY NEED TO DO AWAY WITH THE CARPET!!

I have lived at this apartment for almost 2 years with my husband and young son. When we moved in everything was great. Any time we needed something, maintenance came out right away and repaired it. The girls in the office are all very polite. Parking is a bit of an issue but if you get home before 6, you should be fine. The playground for our son is lacking but there is a lovely park with a trail 5 minutes around the corner.
After renewing our lease for the second year, we started to notice a little difference. The staff is all still wonderful but the grounds seem to be poorly maintained lately. The garbage area is always a mess. I wont say that is necessarily the complex's issue but its pretty disgusting.
The walls are so thin, I can hear a conversation my neighbors have while I lay in bed at night. The structure of the apartments are horrible. There' are cracks in the walls and sagging spots in the floors, especially in the bathrooms. The whole complex needs to be reconstructed.
I wouldn't necessarily tell anyone not to live here, but I would say, choose an upstairs unit and pray your a heavy sleeper.

Thankful for the two maintenance men they have on property, Al
& Paul!!!! Al has been super helpful the past two weeks to get to my service requests. Also for Maritza at the office for helping me get in touch with maintenance! They are a bit short staffed so it does take a minute to get a response sometimes. However the issue gets resolved quickly once they have the time to come and address it!

My childhood home back in 1992 when it was Irongate Apartments. I miss this place. I was 8 years old when I moved there, now I’m 40. These apartments were so fun back then!

Moved here in the fall of 2023 & immediately after moving in had nothing but maintenance issues with temporary fixes! Then the want you to give them reviews right away after each fix , I guess so others can believe it’s a good place to live. They have 3-4 maintenance workers to cover the entire complex which I think they need more people. They forcing Towing now so if your family visits & they park anywhere but Montgomery drive they may come outside to their vehicle gone because they say parking permits are the only ones allowed to park in the designated areas but when the rent that center out in the front every weekend for parties, events etc… those people don’t have permits and most the time take up the residents parking in spaces and since there is no actual space assigned to a unit what is a resident to do? It’s getting warmers now & ants are starting to take over my home!!! I have bought terro liquid ant repellent to try to get control of the situation but it’s driving me insane. I have so many more maintenance issues that I want to list but I’m not because like I stated they literally have 3-4 maintenance guys and they need more help than that! I paid 435. 00 less to live better then this and I regret leaving my old apartment everyday. I thought I was leveling up and the only thing that leveled up was the price of my rent. I could say so much more about so much but I’m just gonna say “ I live & I learned “ I’m definitely not renewing my lease.

Maintenance is awesome. Al has improved so many things here and just makes it a better place to live. The area with the trash compactor and recycling bins is always cleared up and repairs are made timely and correctly (you don't need to ask twice). I appreciate that!

Parking in some of the courts is horrendous. If I work late, I can't get a parking spot in my court. There are people parking there with no stickers and quite a few people from two other courts parking there. In spite of promises to make improvements, it has only gotten worse. If it wasn't for the awesome maintenance dept I would probably be moving.

I heard that this apartment was very clean and convenient. Your employees were friendly, helpful, and well-informed, so I didn't look elsewhere and rented this apartment. I'm very happy to be here,
