Complete and utter ineptitude would be too much of a compliment to give this company. They have never been anything but a thorn in the side of who they do business with. If this is your property management company, good luck, you will need all of it.

I worked with Layne McBride at The Colorado Group. He persevered and achieved a hard sell of commercial property in Lafayette. I had worked with two other realtors prior to going with The Colorado Group. There was/is low demand for property zoned B1 in Lafayette. I gave 4 stars because I never give 5 stars. Layne is easy to work with, is responsive, and just a nice conscientious person.
