Dear Leasing Office of Morgan Properties:

Life teaches us so many lessons. And one of the greatest lessons is the one pertaining to the importance of kindness and cardinal service toward others. This understanding is the greatest nucleus for successful and flourishing businesses. Actually, this understanding upholds all relationships.

My mother moved to these apartments just a week ago. I witnessed top tier service and a very swift turnaround, even after she suddenly changed apartments. Truly, it has been a pleasant move for me as well. I love it here! The level of patience, professionalism, kindness, and community we've absorbed during the prelude of this new beginning will never be forgotten.

Every professional in the leasing office is beyond supportive, strategic, knowledgeable, and most willing to assist with all tiers of the moving transition. Moving is stressful for anyone. From my mother's recent health setbacks to the typical life-ing that happens daily, we are extremely grateful for the executives at Colonial Apartment Homes and Morgan Properties for extending caring and kind interactions during this new season.

Furthermore, we needed some small enhancements done in the apartment and they were immediately rectified. The maintenance team responded within one hour of the maintenance requests being made. All items were fixed. The building engineers are kind and very efficient. This was just another positive interaction that added to this overall superb experience.

We thank you, Leasing Team! We appreciate you and we are ecstatic that all of you understand that kindness and professionalism are the most important seeds in any business relationship. We celebrate you and the beautiful community here at CAH Cherry Hill. Everyone who walks through the doors affirm the beauty of this new apartment. -Just a major win!

Property manager is terrible and tries to control who u have over and how often they submit you to court after 1 day late the older heavy set woman has a very nasty attitude stairwell is disgusting and smells of weed. They pick and choose who to harass

12/30 - Thank you so much Emily and Dan!!! Everything went smoothly and quick. There are people that I know that speaks very negative about Morgan Properties. My answer will always be "In all the Morgan Properties that I have lived we were treated with respect and they were very quick in resolving any issues that arise". I am glad that Kaitlyn is the manager and the office staff and maintenance are all great. 😊 Thank you Emily for caring enough and coming over to the apartment to check the issue we were having 😊

10/3 - In my last post, I neglected to mention one of the leasing office staff. They are all great and do an amazing job. But there is one that I truly appreciate. All Morgan properties need to hire more people like him. Thank you Timothy for all that you do!!!
Update - I am so excited that Kaitlyn took over as the property manager. When we lived at Towers of Windsor, she did an awesome job there. We need someone like her here at Colonials. She is very friendly and a good listener. She responds to my email very quickly. When we first moved here Rebecca was ok but weeks later she didn't wanted to be bothered. We were not feeling welcome any longer and it didn't feel like home. So when Kaitlyn told me she was the property manager, OMG! I was ecstatic !! I hope she stays here for a long time. She is one of the best. I also want to give a shout out to all the maintenance. They are also doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work! Thank you all!!!

We only been here for a couple of weeks so far our stay here has been great. I would like everyone to know that Rebecca from the office is very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. She responded to all my emails in a timely fashion (there were many of them) but she didn't mind. She even responded to one of my email even after the office was closed. The apartment has a new kitchen, carpets/hardwood floor and washer/dryer. She is one of the best and very helpful during our move. We had some issues but maintenance was quick in fixing it. We are glad that we made the decision to move here.

I love my new home. Everyone here is so wonderful. Mr. Timothy, Miss Kathleen and Miss Heather are amazing. They made move in for me perfect. They're always asking if I need anything and they're so sweet. I'm so glad I Choose Colonials Apt for my new home.With any questions I need to be answered. They're very, very quick to give me a response.
I could be a little extra, but they're so patient with me. The Apartment complex is clean and neat. The residence here, so far very welcoming and helpful and sweet.

I've been here roughly 5 years now. It's under new management and it shows. The previous manager while friendly enough ran the complex with their mouth. Often I'd walk past the office and hear them yelling and ranting. Not a good look. Optics are everything. The place slowly started to decline as a lot was said but little was done. The place became a hang out for people who didn't even live here.

The new management have taken a much more business like approach. After all, this is a business, we don't own these apartments, someone is allowing us to stay on their property at cost so it's in the best interest of management to make sure the residents are treated fairly, but more importantly held accountable. For every person who "don't care" there are five more people that do and need a place to live that is clean, safe, and upkeep maintained. The new management have made their mark and are extremely friendly and professional. There is still work to be done but the short time they've been here the changes have been tangible. For example. I actually got a follow up call to ask how a maintenance request was performed. That has NEVER happened before. They not only act, they follow up. This speaks volumes.

I plan on renewing my lease once again after teetering the past few years if I wanted to stay or not. Now, it's not a question if this is the direction management is taking this place.

The apartment itself is very spacious and has a really great layout. But one thing I do not tolerate is pest! This place has mice!! And yes they come out in the middle of the day like nothing. The staff is very friendly and so are the maintenance guys but yeah the place has lots of mice and other pest as well. I literally saw several mice in my apartment in the same day, like it’s a big issue not just field mice that slip in from time to time these mice live here!! And yes I keep my apartment very clean.
