Would recommend this company to anyone who's interested in selling their property. From the date we signed the contract for them to represent our condo to the closing date was 13 days with a cash offer, only$500 under my listing price. In the interest of being transparent, I was highly motivated to sell so when my agent came to suggest specific things I needed to do in my unit, I did every single one of them quickly and, I want to stress how important this one bit of advice is: I left all my personal style choices out of the staging. I was very clear that Gloria is not only my agent, she also has years of staging experience that all but guarantees you will have tons of interest in your unit. What this really means for the seller: nearly all the art was removed from the walls and I only bought a single piece, a mirror. What this did was two fold - it allowed everyone who viewed it to see themselves in the unit as well as enable me to fill all nail holes so the walls were clean lines, with open spaces. Also, with no real personal effects in the unit, all that was left to do was to sell the property! Which I did! Final result was cash offer 500 under list price, and I had cash in my bank in the afternoon of the second week of listing. I've decided that if I ever buy or sell in this area, I would only go with Gloria. She is a true queen!
