Dear Tina ,sixto,Michael and all other people complaining about the lack of respect and freedom here in the club at Jackson 21 Is untrue false and demands an explanation
Tina may live with multiple Tenancies in a single family town house against local zoning and HOA regulations
Who was her agent?
How is this legal?
the multiple groups of people and their cars living in a single family town home violate the hoa agreement with abandon;park blocking the sidewalk and park in the street against HOA contract creating an unsafe environment for the children living here.
The contract apparently means nothing to them and they complain about their rights to violate the contract is comical!!
the people living in the unit complaining and slandering my community have an air conditioner unit wind chime and unapproved modifications to the outside of their unit and park creating safety hazards for the children living here
the community here is welcoming friendly and invites non-Jews to all events including private parties and shows zero racism towards anybody this is all projection of their violations of the contract and their blatant disregard for the residence living here and freedom to live without baseless accusatory language while destroying our community with your lack of caring for and violations the hoa contract and local zoning ordinances.

I recently toured Jackson 21! The tree lined entrance was gorgeous & welcoming. The model homes each had a great floor plan with open concept & I loved the included features! The value was definitely easy to see & there is an outdoor pool & clubhouse. I am going back for a 2nd visit very soon. I would highly recommend checking out Jackson 21! Drew & Teresa, the Sales Reps were outstanding as well! Great experience!
