Karina made this transition as smooth as hot butter for me and my daughter. At move in, Breanna's non stop smile shined bright and her attitude was professional and it seemed she was almost as excited as I was for the move in. I recommend working with this all star team if you are looking for a community.

I didn't want to post this review, but management has not responded to my messages. I am concerned about the cleanliness of the dog park—it is filthy. There is dog feces everywhere, and it already smells bad. The apartment complex is new, so I can’t imagine how much worse it will get in the coming months.

Also, keep the following in mind if you are considering moving here: Only two guests per household are allowed in the BBQ/pool area. If you have more than two guests, staff will approach you—in a "nice" way—to ask them to leave, even if you are enjoying time with your family. Honestly, we were unaware of this rule. It was probably buried in the 30+ page lease agreement, and we overlooked it. However, I did not see any signs stating the two-guest limit. If you have a big family visiting, keep this in mind.

The rent is overpriced for the area. The apartments are nice, but again, overpriced. Additionally, the apartments come with garages, but they are randomly assigned. If you're lucky, you’ll get a two-car garage. If not, you’ll get a one-car garage and be charged an extra $30 per month for a parking space. We were randomly assigned a one-car garage, so we have to pay the additional $30 per month for our second car. Make sure you visit the apartment you’re getting before signing the paperwork to confirm whether the garage is a one- or two-car garage.

The rooms, except for common areas, do not have built-in lighting. You’ll need to either install a ceiling light or buy a lamp. We have a two-bedroom apartment, so we ended up installing two ceiling fans at a total cost of $250. Keep that in mind as an additional expense.

Lastly, the fire alarms are extremely sensitive and will go off just from cooking eggs and bacon. Every time I cook, I have to turn on the hood vent, open the balcony door, and turn on the ceiling fan. It is very annoying! I have never had this issue in my previous place.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for a few months now and overall it has been such a great experience. Mariah and all the lovely ladies in the office are very friendly and overall provide exceptional customer service. The maintenance staff are very attentive to detail, Nick and Robert are very quick and efficient. I appreciate that the property and amenities are always looking its best at all times, thank you Monse for always keeping it clean and welcoming.

Breanna was extremely helpful and showed a lot of professionalism when she gave me the tour of the facilities and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was about everything that she talked about.
