I’ve been a Capstone resident for over 1 year now. The building is well maintained and all the staff are very attentive, courteous and willing to help.
I want to give a big shout-out to Evy (my leasing agent). From day one, she was very attentive to what I was looking for and made every effort to help me find the perfect unit that met all of my needs. She is amazing with prospect tenants and residents alike. She was very patient, knowledgeable and prompt to answer all of my questions. I was out of the country while going through all the leasing/relocation process, and she made this very easy and, as smooth and painless, as it could be. As a resident now, Evy is still my “go to” person, when I need anything, as she will always greet you with a smile and is as patient as always and in the best disposition to help. She is efficient and maintains great communication so that any issues or questions are always solved/answered promptly.
I recommend the Capstone to anyone looking for a pleasant, upscale, living experience. Rent did seem on the higher end this year (upon renewing the lease), compared to other buildings of similar apt characteristics/bdg amenities in the neighborhood, but I’ve enjoyed living at The Capstone so much, I ended up renewing my lease for one more term. We’ll see what happens next year 🙂

I chose the Capstone after an apartment search in the Jersey City/Hoboken/West NY area. The facilities are immaculate, the area is quiet and has great access to Manhattan. And a big bonus for me, there are walkable coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. The apartments are beautiful, but the service is what has impressed most. The leasing process was seamless. They are transparent about the rent, fees and polices. I can't say enough about my leasing agent Chanelly. She is super responsive, and has walked me through every step of a remote move. My wife and I recently moved out of the Capstone after three and a half wonderful years there. We loved our time in this building! The city views and thoughtfully designed amenities truly enhanced our living experience. The leasing office staff were always professional and supportive, and we especially want to recognize Delvon for his exceptional responsiveness, reliability, and friendly demeanor. Access to the city is easy with the bus around the corner and ferry a short walk or quick shuttle ride to the city. If you're looking for a rental, check in with the Capstone!

The Capstone is an exceptional residence, filled with abundant convences. Today, I needed some documents notarized and Evie, the always pleasant rental specialist, with her stamp and signature saved me from leaving the property to face a pending snow. She is special.
I have found in my short period here, the Leasing, the Concierge Desk , the Cleaning Services and the Maintenance team, all of the teams are extraordinarily professional, caring, friendly and skillful. In addition, this building has green values, compost, a veggie garden, wonderful gyms, and nice people.

We moved recently but have lived at the Capstone since they opened in 2021. Incredible amenities, great staff (both front end and back end). The space is maintained, and a short commute away from the city. Move in and move out experience was exceptional. Shout out to Delvon for top notch service during our move out experience.
