I worked with The Bowen Team– both Ken and Jody Bowen are excellent agents! Ken listed my home in Coto de Caza and we were on contract in 1 week, at over asking price. Ken is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Both Ken and Jody are absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that are working for you. They really care about there clients as well as the community and neighborhood they live in.

We moved from out of state to Southern California several years ago and used the Bowen Team to purchase our dream home. With our busy schedules and our last minute trips to CA, Christina set up homes to view and answered any questions we had. I love that she was a local and knew everything there was to know about the area. We would use her again and recommend her to anyone we know.
As for the Bowen Team as a whole, they do not forget you as a client once you purchase your home. They treat you like family delivering gifts at Christmas, updates on neighborhood sales, pictures with Santa for the kids (pre-pandemic) even hand sanitizer during the pandemic when stores were running out! Just those small gestures show they care for and do not forget their clients past or present.

I was introduced to the Bowen Team of Donnie & Drew and was very happy with the service I received. It was not an easy situation given that I had time pressure and was moving from overseas to So Cal. I never worried what was going on, the communication was excellent. They understood my needs and searched accordingly so as first to give me an introduction to the area as well refine the search along the way. Drew was available day and night (given the time difference) and always kept me updated on the process. Helpful and professional. I highly recommend using the Bowen Team!

As a first time house owner I have to admit I was a bit nervous about selling my home. I was a single parent at the time (due to my wife being stationed in another state) and managing a house-hold of two kids, three pets as well as being active duty military. Now, being in the military, it's not unusual to have some pretty strict timelines on when you need to move. Add that to trying to juggle the kids school, packing up all your stuff, purging all the excess toys, deep cleaning everything, trying to ensure that potential buyers see the best possible version of your house so they actually want to buy it and you have where I was at. For me, stressed out was an understatement. I knew I needed help. After talking to a few friends, Senith Helms with Bowen Real Estate was recommended and I have to say, I have never met a more personable and down to earth sales person in my adult life. She understood my situation and what needed to happen to make my house sell quick once on the market. She went above and beyond helping me to prepare my home for listing. Day or night, Senith was available and made things happen. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for Senith. Needless to say, due to her hard work and cooperation, my house had an offer within 24 hours. She worked with the buyers to get precisely what me and my family needed in order to meet the timelines needed as a military family. I couldn't be more thankful for working with Senith and Bowen Real Estate. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend for anyone looking to sell a home.
