Love the experience here love the new management office that’s ran by Carol, Plus, maintenance guy Rich & Johnny are super fast really have no problems but when I do he handle it immediately. Trash room is always clean. Overall smell of the building is great. I love my apartment here.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the maintenance team at The Botanic. Carolina and Johnny Rich consistently go above and beyond, ensuring that any issues I have are addressed quickly and professionally. Whether it’s a simple repair like a wall crack or something more complex, such as a shower head that won’t turn off, they handle it all with care and efficiency.
Today, I had five maintenance tickets that needed attention, and they managed to resolve every single one of them—along with addressing a couple of issues I hadn’t even submitted. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that when something breaks, I can rely on them to handle it swiftly and efficiently. Excellent service every time!

Specifically Richard, Johnny and Carolina really are a great team for this property they are responsive, quick and caring when it comes to ensuring the tenants are well taken care of!

I’m so blessed to have found such an amazing property. I moved here from Maryland and the whole process was easy. Amanda at the leasing office helped me with every step. Zev did such an amazing job helping me with the Application. He even let us bring in our furniture a few days earlier. He made us feel so comfortable and at home. Zev Amanda thank you for everything. I’m so thankful to the botanic team for such A++ service. I had full white glove service through out the whole process. Definitely enjoying all the amazing amenities.
