Terrible place roaches everywhere! The tiny ones you can never get rid of!!! Panels were peeling ceiling leaks holes in the walls used floor tile for the counter. Molding was missing railings on the deck missing big enough for my two year old child to fall through. No water pressure. Old lady has a tiny angry dog that bites kid's.

I've lived here for almost two years. It's certainly better than when I was a kid. It's overall nice and well taken care of.. there are no washer/dryer hook-up in home so you do have to use the clubhouse located on site. And it's good and well maintained.

The unit I am staying at The Bluffs is still under repair (since Apr 18th) and was supposed to be completed yesterday. No feedback from the office unless you call. Hopefully, someone who takes clients more seriously respond to this.

Passable but no great shakes, ok but not "really nice" every time the above apartment uses their kitchen sink, it backs up into our kitchen sink..dirty dish water, yesterday, it was two sink filled w/milk and soupy cereal...wash both sinks w/antibacterial and grease removing dish soap before I can use them
