Well it’s been since August since the HOA let a tree fall on my property and will not give me the money to fix my crushed fence or damaged patio. They will not send out contractors to access the damage. Instead they asked me to do so. I did. They asked for another. I sent another. Still the HOA will not pay out for the damages. They are asking me, a disabled person to climb up and get photos of the damages. I sent the ones I could. Still I am denied. For a housing development that brings in over $100,000 a month in fees, fixing my patio is change. I had requested this tree be cut down 4 months before it fell. I have all the documenting that I’d requested an assessment of this leaning tree back in April 2023. The HOA is aware of those emails and are dragging their feet to pay what is owed. They didn’t listen and now they don’t want to pay.

I’m so glad that Karen helped me to identify the problem I have for the payment. She helped me to merge my accounts and responded to me promptly. I had a great experience with her. Many thanks

Have been living in Menifee Ranch for just over a year and a half and have been constantly harassed by the HOA. They tried fining us for a tree that was not on our property, it was on city property behind our house on the city sidewalk, they harassed us over our yard, our cars, and a trailer we had on our property for two days to load and unload that wasn't breaking the community rules yet they keep claiming it was. Not only that but they allow other tenants to leave trucks and trailers parked on the sidewalk and blocking walkways, allow Tennant's to put cones out and block half the road (one time of which the last actually physically smacked my car for driving past), park boats out blocking roads for days on end, allow tenants to let their yards become overgrown (this one they tried to find us for as well when our landscaper could not make it out for a week) and more. We happen to be the only native family in the neighborhood and it is starting to feel extremely personal with the amount of harassment from them. Absolutely keep all communication with this HOA and save everything because they are awful and you might need to fight some of their claims or even look into harassment and discrimination charges like we are considering. Horrible!!!!!!

Not a good company to run a H.O.A. They're rude and don't care about the residents. They've harassed me about multiple think that was there fault for not taking care of the public property trying to make me pay a fine for a tree that isn't mine. Menifee Ranch's H.O.A community member dont have to live by the standards the rest of us do

Doesn't treat everyone in the association the same. Complained about my trailer that was there for 2 days but a house down the street has had a trailer there since I moved in over a year ago
