Was looking to do a purchase of a 2nd home and was lucky enough to speak with Jack at the Anchor Group. He gave me a few ideas and best way forward to get in the best position to get approved. Once the ball started rolling there were numerous hic-cups since the house was out of state it was looking like the banks were not going to play fair. Coincidently Jack called to check the status and once I brought him up to speed he quickly assumed a position in the go around and through sometime intense calculations was able to work with the bank to get the project approved. There were so many moving parts to the loan that the average person would have thrown in the towel. Not Jack, he was getting ZERO for his efforts but figured it was a track he set me on and he felt the need to make sure it got back on track and I was approved. To say he went above and beyond is like saying the ocean is big. It doesn't do what he did any justice.
