We rented a duplex where the landlord was represented by an agent from ERA Justin Realty Co. This agent took 5 days to respond to our application provided by our own, and then threatened to continue showing the location after we signed to lease, until our checks were received. She also negotiated a commission split with our agent that provided her $100 dollars more than our agent. We make 60x rent and my credit score is excellent.

The real problem here, I'm guessing, is that the Justin Realty agent was looking for tenants who do not have their own agent to split the commission with. Considering the apartment is beautiful and has been listed for 6 months, I assume she's been screwing her client and driving away qualified applicants to satisfy her own greed.

Jen was nothing short of amazing throughout this process. This was our first home purchase and we knew nothing about the process. Jen, took us through step by step. Not only that, but she always answered our calls, she always sent us new properties, and was always willing to make herself available to show them to us. The house that we finally closed on, was a foreclosure therefore much more difficult and annoying then just dealing with a normal seller. Everything had to be done quickly and accurately. Every house that we put an offer on, quickly went into a bidding war, but through all of it Jen always made sure we got everything right.
