I had an all around great experience with this company, 100% would recommend to anyone considering working with them. We moved across the country and they made the entire process pretty seamless including: seeing the property, the application process, helping us get utilities set up, and even managing some packages before we arrived. Huy is a super responsive property manager no matter the size of the issue, he's somehow always available! By far the best and most personal renting experience I've had in my 15 years of renting.

I don’t even know where to start, so I’ll start from the beginning. My family and I were living in New Jersey and wanted a change and Texas always seemed like the perfect place for us. After searching online, this was one final house that I instantly fell in love with. I then emailed Thaiinvestments through the realtor company website (hotpads, Zillow etc) and asked was the home still available. The first thing that caught my attention was how quickly he responded, I am a woman who respects and appreciates promptness and the mere fact that he responded in such a timely fashion, immediately sparked my interest. Thai sent me his contact information and we began to chat about the home and he was very straightforward about what he wanted (income requirements, etc) I never had to second guess about anything the entire process. By the end of our conversation via text, my fiancé and I were already applying to see if we qualified for the listing. Let’s just say for the purpose of example’s this process so far took a lot 2 days and on the second day we found out we were approved and he began telling us what the next step was. The end of the week I had already made my first payment to what is now MY HOME, YESSSS guys you heard that right, we are officially moved in and are Texas residents ?. Thai and his amazing wife were amazing from start to finish. They are more than just our landlords, they are our family. He was available to my family and I and our relocating to Texas EVERY SINGLE DAY and went OVER and beyond for us that I know they were heaven sent. Now before we even gotten into Texas officially, the pictures of the home were beautiful which was already above my expectations, but when we actually walked in for the very first time, the pictures could Not do justice to how beautiful the home really was. When we opened the door, Thai had left a welcome home basket that had a beautiful handwritten card along with thoughtful essentials. The reason this is monumental to me is because Thai and his wife thoughtfully made a basket of items based off of my family ( snacks for my kids, cleaning supplies, laundry soap etc) it goes to show me that they truly cared and those details matter. This home is not just any home, it’s a blessing and in investment that I got to give to my kids and if Thai was only about numbers I would have NEVER been able to get my dream home (let’s face it we all made mistakes with credit). If I had to do it all again the ONLY thing I would change is the driving 3 kids 26 hours all the way to Texas from New Jersey (yeah that was a horrible idea) lol. Thanks Thaiinvestments for showing me there are still honest people around who genuinely care about you, and thank you for investing in my family.
