I worked with Holly West at TTK in buying a rental property. She was my central point of contact on all things related to the home while it was in construction up to the time of closing. Brian was very helpful during my recent visit to their office in Houston. He opened his agenda on a short notice of my visit and spent great time explaining TTKLLC processes and current inventory and introducing me to the management. He was very open and we had a great chat about the company, the markets and the current opportunities. They made me a fair offer for my mom's house . I was trying to decide what to do, was getting bids to fix and thought I would see what an investor would give me just so I had the whole picture. The offer was good enough that we could not figure out a way to make more money if we fixed it ourselves when you add in time and additional carrying costs. Shawn came out quickly and made an offer same day, they made the closing process simple and easy for me, we closed with in 2 weeks. They even let me come see the "after" when they were done with it before they rented it out.
