We went and looked at the place because they were cheaper rent.The lady that showed us the place it was nice but small.Secuity filled us while she showed us the unit like we were criminals of terrorists
The manager Daniel seemed to be nice at first.Daniel tried to discriminate against my disabled spouse because of a charge that was wrongfully been put on him 20 years ago in Georgia.I found out on line that if it has been over 7 years and he saved his term that they can not deny him housing. I called a few times to tell Daniel what I saw online he called back was very rude and hostile to me telling me I call too much and they are going to not answer my calls
We found other buildings that were nicer we will not live there.This is the was Daniel treated a frontline hero as I am a certified nurses aide and a home health aide that took care of our elderly in the nursing home.

We are very happy living here. The office staff is amazing, the assistant manager Melanie has been so kind and helpful since day one she is very pleasant every time we come into the office. Our apartment here is amazing.

Daniel, and Melanie are great. Professional, kind and very helpful. Although today I received a call from another worker there with such rude remarks such as “you’re not the only one sweetheart” since I expressed my concerns about wanting to know when my move in date would be. Overall the application process is long and strict but as long as you have all your documents ready you should be fine.

I rate a 5 because I love everything about what this complex has to offer. Although I am not a tenant yet I am here often as my family lives here in this complex too. But I will say that the staff members kinda take their sweet time with the intake on a new applicant/tenant. Building H applicants have not been considered for updates as we have been told that we can move in at August- September the latest. It is now almost the end of October. I ask that building H applicants please be given an update.. I have already called the office and asked and they always just tell me to be patient and that they will call me when its time, but people have lives and need a general idea of when to expect to move...

I do look forward to finally moving here some day though...

If I could rate this place a zero start rating I would, We’ve applied and been approved just to wait almost 3 more month to get a call back so that they can tell us we’re no longer qualified, I’m grateful to of not of been at this place after hearing it’s been vandalized and shot up, also please hire new staff with better customer service as soon as you walk into the leasing office you automatically feel the bad energy and feel unwelcome. 0/10 not a safe complex especially with these staff member they’ll make it worse.

G H E T T O. Once the office close the rowdiness comes out it’s so unfortunate for the tenants that want to live right and have to be mixed with all these loud kids and adults. I don’t understand how management stay in one of the buildings and all this drama still occurs they need to put their foot down and get it together in a few more months these apartments will be just like the other AV apartments. They say no smoking on the premises tuh it always smell like weed and cigarettes I seen people standing on their balcony drinking and smoking all the time all the time a lot of these people do not apply the rules it’s really sad I’ve talked to a few people here and there and they don’t even let their kids play outside because it’s always drama I don’t blame them at all. Management you need to get it together got the sake the tenants that want to live in a nice complex not a wild jungle

The application process was fairly easy as long as you have everything needed on the check which really helps you gather what is needed. My mother and I worked with Melanie and she was super awesome kept me updated and the entire process and worked with me for every little thing I needed. Daniel was very social and professional all the office staff seem very welcoming and friendly answered any and all questions. Looking forward to my new home! Thank you Terracina of Lancaster
