It was a wonderful experience moving into Terra. Taryn and the other associates are all incredibly kind, and are willing to help you settle in. Even in the circumstances of issues (none which they caused) they stopped at nothing to make sure my move in was smooth and efficient.
the buildings are clean, and faculty are regularly walking the halls for trash.
the GATED parking garage with added security is a great +, it’s a great feeling and a great vibe here.

I would give a ZERO if I could. We haven't lived there in over 2 years and we just had a collection put on our credit report which is completed bogus! We are taking action against this awful place. We never missed rent and paid to get out of the lease. Our time there was horrible fire alarms going off in the middle of the night several times a month. Staff always turning over. no consistency of anything and moving away from this place was the best decision we ever made. DON'T MOVE here. There are way better options for you!

Update! I emailed and surprise no response. So that response from management is a gimmick. They don’t care. Another review was added since with same experience. Don’t move here! We will get it cleared but what a pain this place is horrible!!

I would not recommend renting here. Five months after I moved out, I was blindsided by a collections notice for a balance I was never informed about. I was never contacted—no calls, emails, or letters—yet management claimed they had “attempted to reach me once” and, if they don’t receive a response, they send accounts straight to collections. I have no record of any such attempt, making this claim completely false.

When I called to ask for clarification and a resolution, I was met with dismissive behavior and was ultimately hung up on by the assistant manager. Rather than providing transparency or assistance, they refused to take accountability for their lack of communication. As a result, they damaged my credit score without giving me any chance to resolve the issue.

Due to their negligence and dishonest practices, I will be taking action against them.

If you’re considering living here, be aware that their management is dishonest, their communication is nonexistent, and you might end up dealing with unexpected financial headaches long after you leave.

December 2024 --This is my second post. Over time, the management team has grown into a more focused and dedicated group. The building has transformed into a secure, clean, and safe environment, making it a great place to be.

Don't waste your time and money on this property; I've been living here for three years, and I am ready to break my lease soon; we have a new Property Manager each year, the front desk - replaced all the time when you ask them if they a new, they can't help.
Let me say this for three years: Two of our cars broke at another time in the garage, too. The bicycle- stolen. Apt had a flood a few years ago, and we have been living in a hotel all month. I created service tickets on Wednesday; we need more hot water, and three days after, nothing happens if you do not call the office! I requested a call from the property manager from the head of the office in November of last year, and I am still waiting for the call. The main issue is the people with 3-4 dogs inside in one apt; if you get laky like me, you will not sleep well here.
The property manager will also be lying to your face, like one day you are the only one who complains, and another day, we have someone else to complain. As a result, she says I have to check the info, and this is going without any consequences because she doesn't care.
The building needs to be more secure; some of the gates need a closer door, and some fobs need to be reprogrammed.

My wife and I had to downsize this year from a four bedroom house to an apartment. After looking at several around the Norman area, my son, who is a realtor, told us that we just HAD to look at Terra before we made our decision.

After taking the tour, we knew that this was the place for us. We moved in during April and still love everything about it. When our kids were helping us move in, several of them that travel often said that this was on par with many of the resorts they have stayed at over the years. Two of my sons-in-law who are in construction were very impressed with the facility.

We have found the staff, Shakiyla, Krystal, and Paula, to be friendly, profession, and always willing to help when we have a need. Octavio, the "go-to" guy over maintenance, has always been quick to respond when any issue has arisen and is just a joy to visit with. We have made many friends in the short time here and there is already a feeling of community growing.

You will not be able to find better amenities in Norman. The pool area is well designed with gas grills, fire pits, a large pergola, and several games to play. The Resident's Lounge or the Game Room is a great place to hang out with friends and have a good time. The gym is large with state-of-the-art equipment or you can go to the Virtual Gym for Zumba, yoga, cycling, etc. There is also a Business Center and a Conference Room that can be utilized.

Terra is located just moments away from dozens of restaurants, shopping centers, and nearby grocery stores. Do you work in OKC or at OU? Terra is next to I-35 so you can easily jump on without having to drive through Norman traffic in the morning.

We moved from a four bedroom house into our three bedroom apartment, and do not feel cramped. The apartment is well designed with quality appliances and a beautiful marble counter top. We also rented a storage room that is just a few feet from our front door.

I could go on and on about everything Terra has to offer, but the best thing is to schedule a tour and see for yourself! And tell them Garry and Olga sent you!

As a mom, I am posting my daughter's review which is listed below. I hope this review will help other parents as they look for a safe apartment for their adult child to live. Terra has been a safe place for my daughter while she is in college.

I am very happy with my experience as a resident at Terra. Although I've lived at Terra under two different managers, the staff always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or issues I've had. I have never personally had a problem with someone not getting back to me. Maintenance is also super timely and friendly. The facility overall feels safe and common areas and amenities like the pool and gym are kept clean. This is one of the better experiences I've had living in an apartment because the staff cares for the property and the residents. I recommend!

I love living at Terra! I feel like family with the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff. We have beautiful resort style features. Our pool is amazing! There is great shopping within one mile. Come live in the hottest spot in Norman .

I will never forget the first time I walked through the glorious front door into our majestic foyer. It is so jaw dropping and is a representation of luxury living that Terra proclaims. This building is a fabulous design. Our many community rooms were fashioned by interior designers and filled with exquisite furnishings.

The pool is world class. Tom always kept it absolutely pristine and was so proud of it.

The first two years here was spent having community events. We would go to Redrock and have a table full of free appetizers twenty or thirty people who were great friends would socialize.

Great place to live and the management team is hands on. I am always greeted with a smile anytime I’m seen out walking or checking mail. The maintenance team is very helpful if it’s using their Dollie’s to move in or spraying a wasp nest that I notice in the stairwell. Heather is always available for any maintenance needs. I have lived in apartments before and I have never had such an awesome environment. Everyone is friendly and it’s like living at a resort with all the activities and social events they host at least once a week for all the residents. Safe , friendly environment for my family. ❤️
